We have a greater likelihood of winning in the end but if all avenues of legal maneuvering are employed we could still be two years away from money changing hands and unless revenue picks up significantly we will then incur many months of dilution before the the value of your position can be determined.

nobody123 free diagnosis

Diagnostic Features:

Narcissistic personality disorder is a condition characterized by an inflated sense of self-importance, need for admiration, extreme self-involvement, and lack of empathy for others. Individuals with this disorder are usually arrogantly self-assured and confident. They expect to be noticed as superior. Many highly successful individuals might be considered narcissistic. However, this disorder is only diagnosed when these behaviors become persistent and very disabling or distressing.

Slashnuts said...

Complications:

Vulnerability in self-esteem makes individuals with this disorder very sensitive to criticism or defeat. Although they may not show it outwardly, criticism may haunt these individuals these individuals and may leave them feeling humiliated, degraded, hollow, and empty. They may react with disdain, rage, or defiant counterattack. Their social life is often impaired due to problems derived from entitlement, the need for admiration, and the relative disregard for the sensitivities of others. Though their excessive ambition and confidence may lead to high achievement; performance may be disrupted due to intolerance of criticism or defeat. Sometimes vocational functioning can be very low, reflecting an unwillingness to take a risk in competitive or other situations in which defeat is possible. Individuals with this disorder have special difficulties adjusting to growing old and losing their former ?superiority?.

Slashnuts said...

Comorbidity:

In this disorder, sustained feelings of shame or humiliation and the attendant self-criticism may be associated with social withdrawal, depressed mood, and Dysthymic or Major Depressive Disorder. In contrast, sustained periods of grandiosity may be associated with a hypomanic mood. Anorexia Nervosa, Substance-Related Disorders (especially related to cocaine), and other Personality Disorders (especially Histrionic, Borderline, Antisocial, and Paranoid) frequently co-occur with this disorder.

Slashnuts said...

Prevalence:

The prevalence of Narcissistic Personality Disorder is less than 1% of the general population. It is seen in 2% to 16% of psychiatric outpatients. This disorder is more frequent in males (50% to 75%) than females.

Slashnuts said...

Course:

Narcissistic traits are very common in adolescents, but most adolescents grow out of this behavior. Unfortunately, for some, this narcissistic behavior persists and intensifies into adulthood; thus they become diagnosed with this disorder.

10,000,000 pounds equals 1,303,781 gallons of CO (7.67 pounds per gallon). 1,303,781 x $3.06 per gallon (see GPRE latest filing) is $3,989,570 revenue. Best guesses from industry is that the price per gallon of CO will increase to $3.75. That yields an estimate of $4,889,179 revenue. Royalty of 0.20 creates a range of $797,914 to $977,836 for GERS' revenue -- thus the estimate of "about" $900,000. That's what idiot.

nobody123789 said...

it's not bragging if its true, it's only a complex if others are jealous.

Anonymous said...

Why are you importing future price increases into last years price? Last years lowest price was .3 a pound. Your estimate is flawed.

nobody123789 said...

The only thing flawed is your understanding of the process of estimation. Estimates are by their nature variable, that variability needs to be reflected in a range of possible outcomes. As for your 0.3 figure, GPRE our biggest client would disagree completely -- read their filing before creating imaginary misinformation. Your veiled attempt as an apologist to cover for the poor results in the upcoming GERS' 10K have failed miserably.

United Ethanol: Q412 COES .80 Pounds Per Bushel

United Ethanol Q412 Production...

10,226,486 gallons of ethanol

3,652,318 bushels of corn

2,900,238 pounds of oil

As you may recall, United Ethanol extracted at a rate of .68 pounds in Q312. In November, they stated they were extracting an astonishing .95 pounds per bushel at one point. This high level of extraction pushed their average for the quarter from .68 to about .80 pounds. That's an improvement of 18% in just three months.

http://www.unitedethanol.com/images/E0135601/UEFebruary2013NewsletterforWeb.pdf

"Through Dec. 31, United Ethanol produced 42,864,711 gallons of undenatured ethanol, 119,390 tons of dry distiller’s grain, 9,497 tons of wet distiller’s grain, 66,274 tons of liquefied carbon dioxide, and extracted 10,073,661 pounds of corn oil."

“As usual, our main focus at United Ethanol is
steady operations and maximizing yield,” noted
Mike Opdahl, manager of ethanol operations.
“We’re in the process of performing trials with a
product that may allow us to increase our cornoil
production.”

http://greenshift-gers.blogspot.com/2013/02/a-customers-newsletter.html

Here's the highlights from Q312...

"Now, United Ethanol is recovering corn oil at a rate
of .95 pounds per bushel, up from .68 in previous months. “With
tight margins, we continue to work with vendors to assist in price
reductions, and we’re always reviewing opportunities to produce
ethanol in a way that will improve yield,” added Shickles.
“During our fall maintenance shutdown, we completed some
preventative maintenance and inspected equipment that is
always in operation,” commented John Minard, maintenance and
grain handling manager.

Through Sept. 30, United Ethanol produced
32,638,222 gallons of undenatured ethanol. We
also produced 92,350 tons of dry distiller’s grain,
4,562 tons of wet distiller’s grain, 44,461 tons of
liquefi ed carbon dioxide, and extracted 7,173,423
pounds of corn oil."

Ok how many analytics are in the house?
The Players, Tech, Patents, Products, and Services are of the highest quality.
Since the deployment of the new business model of a revenue stream based on royalty's from licensing they have signed a healthy basket full of licensed partners, ethanol producers. These producers have installed systems to extract corn oil which operate within the scope of GreenShift's patents and chose to license with GreenShift.
Thus the new business plan for the most part looks to have been successfully initiated and put on the path of growth, it's innovative unsurpassable in performance tech has been awarded the highest quality of protection in the form of Patents awarded by the USPTO. Thus a consistent revenue stream has been created.
The company has lingering debt, yet they have business and revenue. My question is can the management team operate at a profit? Because only by operating at a profit can there be financial growth for shareholders, whether insider or outsider. When the value of the corporation and the common stock is estimated by the net worth of it's assets divided into it's shares of stock. Fundamental's are the rock solid base that should be secured first and foremost to begin the rise in growth of corporate value, thus the goal to operate the company at consistent quarterly to yearly profit. Thus to make good on the hopeful promises to investors of a gainful return on their investments. Sure the litigation is of utmost importance, but in the meantime and after it is still a business priority to operate at consistent profitability and to allocate those profits to further develop the business for even more profitability and increase in bottom line and growth in shareholder value. Thus returning the favor to shareholders for helping them get started by investing, by showing them gains on their investments. A successful full circle that when a business is operated at consistent profit should snowball. The furthering increase in value, by the snowball means growth in corporate value, shareholder value.

If You're Not Extracting Corn Oil, Why Not?

"Ethanol producers need to squeeze every penny out of their operations. But one expert in the field of corn oil wonders why some refiners aren’t trying to capture the corn oil produced when they make ethanol."

“It seems to be a fundamental piece of ethanol plant profitability,” Joe Riley, General Manager with FEC Solutions told Joanna during the recent Iowa Renewable Fuels Association (IRFA) Renewable Fuels Summit. He should know. His family has been operating in the fats and oils business for 26 years and lives in the heart of farming and ethanol production, Iowa.

With a potential to extract between 1.5 and 1.7 million gallons of corn oil from a 50 million-gallon-per-year ethanol plant, Joe questions why only about half of the refiners aren’t trying to capture that corn oil. “If you’re not extracting corn oil, you have to be asking yourself, “Why?” He said that worries of losing value in dried distillers grains (DDGs) have pretty much been answered, and with biodiesel operations expected to be using even more available oils, including corn, Joe pointed out that some refiners might be losing out on potential profit.

He does understand that some operators find it tricky to get the right market for their corn oil. That’s where FEC Solutions comes in. “Usually ethanol plants are really good at making and selling ethanol. We’re really good at selling oil… whether that’s in the feed industry, biodiesel industry, export markets, or specialty or oleo chemical markets.”

http://domesticfuel.com/2013/02/14/if-youre-not-extracting-corn-oil-why-not
Be sure to listen to Joanna's interview with Joe Riley at the bottom of the page. You'll hear quotes like...

"Centrifuge oil out of the syrup which is concentrated thin stillage"

"Plants must have corn oil running to stay in the black."

"If you have corn oil then you'll be making money, if you don't you won't."

"A fundemantal piece of ethanol plant profitability."

"If you're not extracting corn oil you've got to be asking yourself why not?"

"Corn oil averaged $.30 to $.40 cents in 2012."

"Corn oil should average $.35 to $.45 cents in 2013."

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$!$

Expert: Ethanol Producers Should Extract Corn Oil

Wednesday 02/20/13

"During the current economic climate that is forcing ethanol producers to squeeze every penny they can, one expert believes that all producers should be capturing corn oil for additional revenue, according to a post on the Domestic Fuel website.

Joe Riley, general manager with FEC Solutions, said he considers extracting corn oil to be a fundamental piece of ethanol plant profitability.

Riley said that a 50 million-gallon-per-year ethanol plant has the potential to extract between 1.5 and 1.7 million gallons of corn oil. That forced him to wonder why only about half the U.S. refiners are doing so.

The industry has since been reassured of its initial qualms about low-oil dried distillers grains being lower in value, he said. Also, demand for oil for biodiesel operations is predicted to be increasing.

Riley said that refiners not extracting oil could be missing an opportunity for additional profits, though it is important for producers to be sure they have the right market for their corn oil, whether it be the feed industry, biodiesel industry, export markets or specialty or oleo chemical markets."

nobody123789 said...

It is important to note to any objective readers of this blog. There are many, many posters here that are apologists for GERS that work very hard to hide and disguise any facts that may place GERS in a negative light. Such an exercise has been witnessed in the futile attempts to discredit the calculations of GERS revenue from one small licensee. The data were derived from the average price received from GPRE GERS' largest customer. The upper range from literature in the trade journals. Ranges are extremely important when making estimates. Now, Slash who cannot be considered in any way negative to GERS has provided data documenting that the range I used was correct. (I now that wasn't his intention, but that is what he did -- Oops Slash).

You ask why would they go through all this effort to discredit the unimpeachable? The upcoming 10K will show no where the projected revenue that these calculations impute based on all the licenses. This disconnect between licensee revenue has gone on for a while. An army has been raised to attempt to insure that this discrepancy and its lack of explanation is not known to potential new investors. The relationship should be transparent and it is not raising many important questions as to why.

nobody123789 said...

The relentless assessment of objective as negative is the norm here. Slash provided a range of 0.40 to 0.45 based on different assumptions/sources. So I guess Slash s a moron too? No, you say, because he only provides what you would call positive commentary. The small minds here will be long gone before we cash in on the value of this company -- many years ahead. One of the defendants in a recent (the last quarter or the one before) that is a publicly traded company included a discussion about the litigation and the possible impact on their future bottom line in their 10Q. The discussion included the obvious statements that this could negatively impact shareholder equity if they were to lose. Mitigating this to some degree was the money put aside by ICM to indemnify the company as part of the agreement to license. The discussion went on to state that it wasn't known if this set aside would be adequate and that the company could be responsible for any difference required in court awarded damages.

Now, use your head, if you were ICM would you enter into such an agreement without having an opt-out provision protecting ICM? Namely, it is logical that the agreement has language stating that in the event the licensee settles in an adverse litigation setting that ICM's indemnification commitment (umbrella) would no longer be in force. I have no insider information and I stated that this morning. It is time for folks to add up 2 + 2 and not end with GERS' going to da moon!
