remember this is a 2 Billion market cap enterprise...keep your eye on the dart..

could someone thoughtful answer this.....could the 30 million shares be worth 5 dollars when gers prevails in court?

that is a really tiny market cap for a growth company with this monopoly..even considering the debt knot..

It appears to me the ethanol industry is issuing their vote. If 80% of the industry is extracting corn oil and GERS has a 20% market capture that means an overwhelming ethanol prejudice against GreenShift defending its patents.

This is troublesome and without any stockholder letter from KK this year you should wonder about the dilution and the family business. Is money being sucked out with insider knowledge of eventual doom and gloom? Is this why dilution continues with YAGI and KK family members involved? There is a history of this within the KK family.

Remember, publicly traded stock only amounts to 20% with KK (and family)and EC owning 80% on a non-dilution basis. I certainly hope this is not true, but KK has IRS issues with Veridium and this could be an indication of sale of GERS or bad vibes about the outcome of the legislation.

I always wondered why GERS wanted to delay the legislation with tactics such as DC health, etc. Do not get me wrong. I call attention to facts and not emotions. At this point I plan to ride out the storm and may or may not invest more.

I get tired of all the smut betrayed and again request the bickering stop and fact based decisions may be made from investor information.

I am a GERS Investor. GLTA

(It helps to ask questions, you know, its all in the search for the truth! Do you really think we are all dopes?)

{What this means is some people will not pay for intellectual property if they can get away with stealing it instead.)

This is troublesome and without any stockholder letter from KK this year you should wonder about the dilution and the family business. Is money being sucked out with insider knowledge of eventual doom and gloom? (When did you stop beating your wife?) Is this why dilution continues with YAGI and KK family members involved? There is a history of this within the KK family. (Are you a child molester? I really hope it is not true, but the question is now out there. You have to come to grips with all these questions.)

Remember, publicly traded stock only amounts to 20% with KK (and family)and EC owning 80% on a non-dilution basis. I certainly hope this is not true, (I see you have refused to comment on the rampant child molestation accusations) but KK has IRS issues with Veridium (Nice imagination, but why not answer the question about beating your wife?) and this could be an indication of sale of GERS or bad vibes about the outcome of the legislation.

I always wondered why GERS wanted to delay the legislation with tactics such as DC health , etc. Do not get me wrong. I call attention to facts (the facts?? Yeah you can certainly ask question. But so can I. The fact that the H1N1 virus began shortly after your trip to SW Asia?) and not emotions. At this point I plan to ride out the storm and may or may not invest more. ( I plan to be behind you 100% You are NOT going to get behind me - Nancy boy!)

Just to keep the facts in line. The article states that 80% of the ethanol industry "will be" extracting corn oil "by the end of 2012." It does not state that they are currently extracting 80%. Furthermore, we do not know what percentage is currently licensed, or what percentage will be licensed by the end of 2012. I certainly hope that the two numbers grow much closer together by years end. GLTA

Do you know what a "push poll" is? It is trying to convince people to vote (or surpress a vote) by asking slanted questions.

You can pretend you are just asking questions. But you have another purpose. It is very obvious to me and you have to admit it is more sophisticated than the Pura scam scam posts.

But is is still obvious. It is as obvious as this:

So when did you stop beating your wife? 97.4% of wife beaters deny beating their wife. The other 2.6%refuse to answer the question. Speak up. What is your answer?

I am just asking a legitimate question. Trying desperately to get answers. Whats the matter? Do you hate women?

A few things: 1) 80% is expected by years end, not where the industry is at yet. It would be unfair to take an old GERs statistic of 20% of the industry licensed, use it as a current stat, and then assume ICM services the other 60%. Without any in depth knowledge I can still safely guarantee this is wrong. 2). What the hell is going on with the preliminary injunction and ruling on summary judgement? People thought jurors where spending a lot of time deliberating after only 9 days in the John Edwards case. The judge has to know where he stands. He has to know that this company is literally dying a slow death the longer this goes on? 3). I know people keep saying in these comments that GERS is a 2 billion dollar company, and I would agree (baring successful resolution to the litigation) BUT, a 2 billion dollar public company needs to have investor relations, they need to have a phone number that leads to a live person ( not an answering machine EVERY single time)!!

didnt know there was a MOTION for an injunction ???

gers will most likely respond to icm's motion for summary judgment before judge rules on it.

injuction could follow ... ruling on summary judgemnt, as prayed in the COMPLAINT.

aint there YET

They have 30 days to respond.

A more few things:

1. The "industry" they are talking about is the ethanol industry.

2. "this year" means 2012. I am pretty sure because the article was written in 2012.

3. they are not "extracting corn" from the process, instead they are "extracting corn oil". You have to read all the words cause even the small tricky ones make a difference

4. "by the end of this year" does not mean "by the start of this year". It means by December 31 2012. If confused refer to point 2.

5. "80% will be" not only suggests the future, but it means "20% will not be" {Hint subtract 100% - 80% = 20%} They dont give you the 100%, so I had to look it up.

This is very confusing and complex
