I am the SkunKhunter. I hunt down SkunK stocks. Those are stocks that have been beat down past any reasonable justification. I try to ride the stock up as market forces eventually right the ship of PPS. A SkunK is not a herd animal. He is a scavenger who knows that arriving before the herd means big profits and clean shoes. This is the journey of the GreenShift Corporation. Updated weekly between COB Friday and Sunday evening. OK - so who has an idea on what is/was the strategy here. Did GERS legal team drop the ball earlier by not serving summons. They had to know that they would not be successful serving now? Missteps? some other strategy?
I am hoping van der griend was pressured by gers with personal liability, and a deal was cut where gers would drop the ball on him personally
Thats just a proposed order.
Lets wait and see what the court says and how they react. Lets remember the court issed the summons. Look at the signatures
The summons is signed by the clerk of court. Mistake by the court? Mistake by Greenshift? Mistake by everyone but ICM? What are the odds of that? A billion to one? Hiding in his basement right now? lmao
Thanks for pointing out its only a proposed order. this will be interesting.
Where does it say it is proposed order, it says herby squahed. unless you are refering to a another motion.
Volume Up!!!!!!!!! Look for 10-Q.
It says proposed order in big black bold face letters at the top of the page. Notice how it's not signed or dated by the judge. ICM lawyers wrote that for the judge to consider. It has not been quashed.
156 million shares traded, all buys. Sweet.
