Hey, SkunK, now that it seems we have GERS on the right track, your header says you find undervalued "stocks" so what other blogs are you doing and what other home run stocks can we get in on? I can't find any other references to you or other companies of interest. I will need to spend my GERS profits somewhere!

Pure spec and throw-away money to expect a positive outcome from the lawsuits. The pretrial briefs articulate well the core problem: can a Johny-come-lately patent the process of centrifugation??? Once this lawsuit is done, any existing agreements are going into the shredder, along with the patent.
The only Johney-come-lately to corn oil extraction is ICM, Flottweg and Westfalia.
Tell me the plant that was extracting oil before the Greenshift 2004 patent. Tell me why ICM bought two COES from the GreenShift inventor if the technology was so simple and obvious. Tell me why all the corn oil in ICM built plants allowed the corn oil to remain trapped in the ddgs before Greenshift came along. The answers are "obvious".
GreenShift invented a novel process, patented it and the big guys do not want to pay. A bunch of farmer groups allowed themselves to be swindled into buying non-patented coes and now those who did the swindling are about to pay the price. Its too bad the groups that bought into this ICM, Westpaelia and flottweg scam have to pay the price as well. However looking at the numerous rush to buy licenses, most of the industry sees the writing on the wall. Name one new ICM customer since the patents where issued over a year ago. GreenShift has signed 900M gallons of ethanol production in the last 10 months. GreenShift, the rule of law and patent system as outlined in the constitution will prevail.
