When you hire a lawyer to write something simple for normal people, (like a full disclosure for a credit card), it gets so complicated you have to hire another lawyer to read it and tell you what it means.
In this filing a lawyer is just trying to communicate to a judge and other lawyers so the words and sentences are simple and direct. This is a pretty interesting filing.
