In your words: "Just spread the word. You would not believe who reads this blog and I-Hub if I told you. Yes, it will be posted on the GreenShift site".

1) Thank you for posting this communication on the GreenShift web site, it will help with our "spreading the word".
2) We have been "spreading the word", but one obstacle is the limited number of brokerages that will allow purchase of GERS' shares online. After the Attis conference we were able to get two of our friends very excited about "buying in". However, neither of their brokerages would allow the purchase online. They were unwilling to open accounts at Schwab or ETtrade (the only ones we know that will allow online purchases). Obviously this has a negative impact on the marketability of GERS' shares. Hopefully bringing the filings up-to-date will eliminate many of these restrictions, as well as any other actions you can take for GreenShift so we can be more accessible to potential investors.

Fidelity allows the purchase of GERS after you sign a wavier...

Thank you for the update KK, the letter was solid as is your determination!

The way I see it there are two future value considerations for GERS

1.) Win the appeal and enter the market with Attis

-or- l

2.) Lose the appeal and enter the market with Attis.

The first being the obvious winner winner chicken dinner… I suppose I need to do some additional DD but I am not sure how the GERS shareholder profits if the appeal is lost. What does a solid working relationship with Attis do for the GERS shareholder? Am I missing something?

In re buying - the situation will remedy itself as we get current and get the share price and economic substance per transaction up. We will petition to remove the DTC chill and reinstate DWAC eligibility as soon as we can prove that the pre-crash dilution is done. It may take a year to work it’s way through the system and for everyone to dial-in, but those steps should help to get the issue resolved.

In the meantime, it would be helpful if each of you pooled your knowledge in a single blog or other post that everyone could use to access known channels to market.

I am not a trusting person when it comes to money and the internet...

A simple question: Why would Kevin use a stock forum message board for such a letter when he has his own company website?

Also, did the Greenshift website get hacked back when it show the link to the filing? I say this as I went that day and saw a news release that was 'new' under the news, and now, it is no longer there...

Now, the letter contained a lot of well written, 'informative', but I would feel better that IF it is genuine, it would be nice if the real Kevin, CEO of Greenshift, posted such a letter on the company website.

Robin - I agree that using the I-Hub board and this blog is unorthodox. However, the I-Hub board contained some posts that were causing an issue for us elsewhere, and that required a public response. Further, I saw those posts as a symptom of a condition caused by our delayed filings, a condition that I thought would be best treated for now by giving our shareholders an opportunity to openly ask questions. The GreenShift site is not interactive. The letter will be posted on our site, and I’ll have the issue you mentioned looked at. Thank you.

Very confused about the "DTC Chill". TD Ameritrade states that it no longer is in effect:

I am now told that the reason that TD AMeritrade cannot be purchased is for "other reasons". Can you explain, they will not?

Robin,

Let me unequivocally document that this is KK! How do I know this? Someone I know received the identical original message (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143879589) an hour BEFORE it was posted publicly at their PERSONAL email address that only KK has.

End of that speculation! Let the other speculations begin as we digest all that we are receiving and reading. But, that one is over.

Nobody - I wasn’t aware that DTC took that action on their own. I was told by counsel that we had to petition for it. It’s good news if your broker isn’t mistake and it’s in fact lifted. Have you received confirmation from anyone else?

In re dinner:

1 - Attis Earn-Out payments of $18MM plus whatever the JVCo EBITDA formula yields.

2 - 20% of JVCo’s distributable cash and whatever that yields after covering the Earn-Out payments above.

3 - Special distributions equal to 50% of lump sum settlements after Attis receives a return of $18MM.

4 - Increased oil production and deployment of Genarex and other JVCo technology at Attis-owned ethanol plants.

5 - Impact of Attis and new technologies on motivation of ethanol plants to enter into new extraction license agreements - for example, offering proven capability of increasing ethanol yield by XX% in bundled package that includes multiple licenses, including COES.

6 - Many opportunities for co-investment in production infrastructure along the way. Everything needs to be financed. We can raise a portion of that capital and participate in ownership.

7 - Acquisitions. We’re looking at emerging agriculture investments, renewable energy production, carbon, and water, all on mission. We intend to diversify our revenue and earnings mix.

In re appeal: the Federal Circuit is not the final level of review, and the current case only involves some of our patents. The COES value proposition is not binary.

I have been a shareholder most likely as long, if not longer, than most. Having been disappointed, and shamefully too stubborn to sell, for many many years, one thing is certain... I will only believe SEC filings so the sooner they update the better.

I'm a long time holder and I like the suspended filings. It stabilized the stock. The difference is night and day. I don't know how anybody that went through the downward spiral can disagree. Kevin, do what's best and keep up the good work. Thxs
