Were they just added? If not, why so long for them to ask to be removed from the list? I can't recall if they were list for the last 8 years...

Did we settle with Cardinal? If so, what did we get out of it?

From the July 7th filling…

"The motion for an extended brief is granted to the extent that GS CleanTech Corporation’s opening brief, not to exceed 28,000, words is due no later than 40 days from the date of filing of this order."

Yesterday was the 40th day... I hope they have been hard at work and ready to submit the 28,000 pages; no more, less okay! I would expect to see a Pacer in the next few days. Suggestions for legal ease to layman's terms... "And should said situation occur" can be whittled down to "if" (saves 4 words) or "had they understood what was going to be taking place" can be whittled down to "if" (saves 9 words) are two simple suggestions.

Seriously though, I think Kevin and Attis are obviously expecting some positive developments and they are hedging that when he says he is going to be updating all the filings to become current. If they loose this appeal, they may as well roll the whole thing up in to Attis and be done with GERS since there would be very little left except for the hopes of new business. My guess is that Attis is better positioned to take the whole thing under their wings.

Patents were/are obviously in place and that is very hard to argue based upon the re-exams, etc. The main question in my mind, and in the minds of others that tend to look at things objectively, are they valid? Did they violate the "on-sale bar" and did some of their actions create "unclean hands"? Regardless of the fact that the patent office reaffirmed our patents in light of these two issues, it is ultimately up to the judge(s) to decide.

I am nervous but remain cautiously optimistic! I am troubled by the fact that our share price has not moved lately in light of the fact that it seems we are in the best position we have been for the past few years. Especially with Attis supporting us...
