Skunk,

Well-deserved kudos from KK.

What does this mean?

nobody123789 said...

Wait, KK is going to provide an update.

Learning more about current share structure and relationships with BTZO, Flux, Generax, and Attis will be important.

Slash, are you out there? Your views on the Attis release?

BTZO is no longer involved.

KK owns INFLUX Capital LLC. INFLUX owns 100% of FLUX Carbon Corporation. FCC owns 100% of Viridis Capital LLC, amongst others. Viridis owns 80% of GreenShift Corporation. GreenShift owns 100% of GS CleanTech Corporation, which owns 20% of FLUX Carbon LLC, the new JV company with ATIS.

FCC acquired 80% of BTZO in 2014 after BTZO defaulted under loans with FCC's affiliate, FLUX Carbon Starter Fund LLC. FCC later transferred Viridis into BTZO in December 2015 to satisfy a new lender's requirement to complete a GreenShift debt refinancing. The lender's concerns involved the impact of the litigation on GreenShift's stock given their equity participation in the deal. The new lender later agreed to reverse the Viridis/BTZO transfer in December 2016 so that BTZO could merge with another entity. Viridis was transferred back to FCC at that time.

I have only one question at the end of the day... Are GERS shares worth anything anymore (potential)?

Anonymous said...

I am not sure who still follows GERS but by the action in the share price it doesn't look like the remaining few of us sees any positive with this new deal. Share structure is complicated and from what I gather, we just sold out our only asset to Attis...

Somebody please correct me where you think I may be wrong and why...

I have a funny feeling we may hear something from the courts next week...

Again, if the Attis deal was so good, why no pop in our share price? I think that says a lot. How many common shares does Kevin own? Preferred shares?

We need more than "funny" feelings here.

That's why there is pizza and potato chips and dip.

Looked at the stock price of ATIS and it is bouncing along at the bottom.

Maybe their investors will profit, and maybe GERS investors will get a breath of fresh air.

One day between now and infinity I guess we'll all see. Though it sure would be nice if GERS stock price goes another direction than down.

Nothing new on PACER.

Based upon the movement of the share prices of both companies, this deal was a non-event. And as a shareholder that is underwater, that is all I care abut at this point in time. If GERS sold the licensing business, what are we left with? A few installations and maintenance contracts, maybe?

nobody123789 said...

If you believe that, and if you believe that the business prospects of GERS/ATIS will be the driver of the PPS then maybe you also believe that there is a good chance of the PPS dropping below a penny. If you believe that you have few options but to ...

My sense is that KK needs to deliver on his commitment to tell the GERS' common shareholders what is going on SOON. Failing this will increase the angst of the long suffering shareholders. There is so much to untangle and explain, it is unreasonable to expect the entire onion to be unwound; but a start would certainly buoy our hopes, temper our frustration, and increased the visibility of GERS and the desirability of owning its shares.

I got td ameritrade and they will not let me buy GERS. I could buy lotto tickets with my kid's lunch money and they say "Good Luck". What a country.
