One time IBM site designer, worked on Macy's e-commerce site and the redesign of the NYSE site. Founder of Kissykat and Candent Corp. As of March 31, 2008, the Company (GERS) owed Candent Corporation $757,853 (the "Candent Note"). The former president of Candent is the wife of the Company's chairman. All of the issued and outstanding capital stock held by Candent is in trust for the benefit of its former president. The note payable to Candent shall bear interest at a rate of 10% per year and matures November 8, 2010. (P. 21 1st Quarter)

Mr. Kreisler is a graduate of Rutgers University College of Engineering (B.S., Civil and Environmental Engineering, 1994), Rutgers University Graduate School of Management (M.B.A., 1995), and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 1997). Served as the Company’s vice president from 1998 to 2000, president from 2000 to 2002, chief executive officer from 2002 to 2005 and has served as the Company’s chairman from 2005 to the present. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Lawrence M. Kreisler - Lawrence is the sole owner of Serenity Capital, LLC. Built Kreisler Bags, then Kreisler Bags and Filters, then KBF Pollution Control Inc., then KBF Pollution Management Inc. After 1-20 R/S Sept2003 company was taken over by Veridium Corp in Oct2003, controlled by son Kevin. Resigned, effective December 31, 2003, as an officer and director of Veridium Corporation. Continued to work at Veridium's Paterson, New Jersey based recycling facility, that was designed on recycling technologies he invented. His employment was terminated in July 2004 due to irreconcilable philosophical differences in how to best operate and grow that facility. Bronze Parachute included: 100 percent of his salary of $150,000 through December 31, 2004 and 50 percent of his salary through December 31, 2006. Medical benefits until the age of 65. Lawrence is about 61 years old.
Scott Kreisler - Scott is the sole owner of Cyrus Capital, LLC. Brother of Kevin Kreisler, listed as a Beneficial Owner of Veridium Corporation on 4/2/2002 SEC filings. The 2005 annual report also says: "During 2005, Scott Kreisler, brother of Kevin Kreisler, received salaries of $72,700. Scott Kreisler no longer works for the Company." In February 2006, Cyrus Capital, LLC, purchased from GCS Investments $500,000 in convertible debt issuedby GS Clean Tech. During the period ended March 31, 2006, Cyrus effected conversions totaling $280,000, corresponding to 14,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. During the second quarter 2006 Cyrus effected additional conversions totaling $120,000 into a total of 6,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
Kathi A. Kreisler From a 3/30/2001 filing: Kathi Kreisler is a Co-founder of VERIDIUM CORPORATION and served as its President from 1984 through December 1994. She has been a director since March 1984. In January 1995, Ms. Kreisler became vice president, secretary and treasurer of Veridium Corporation. From 1979 to 1984, Ms. Kreisler was a principal in Kreisler Bags and Filtration, Inc., which name was subsequently changed to KBF Pollution Management, Inc. Ms. Kreisler is the wife of Lawrence Kreisler and is the mother of Kevin and Scott Kreisler. During 2005, Kathi Kreisler received salaries of $33,750. During December of 2005, Kathi Kreisler received 3,806,811 shares of the Company's common stock as a settlement of all severance liabilities.
MIF During the first quarter 2008, Minority Interest Fund (II), LLC ("MIF") acquired the Kerns $1,000,000 Debenture. In February 2008, MIF subsequently fully converted this debenture at the rate of $0.16 per share into 6,875,000 shares of Company common stock. To be honest this leaves with more questions than answers. Willing to weigh in on why you think this is huge news?
For one this, this is good news:
"The Company agreed to pay an earn-out based purchase price with a floor of $18 million. An initial payment was paid at closing in the form of restricted shares of the Company’s stock, including 180,000 shares of the Company’s Series G preferred stock. GreenShift is required to use the first proceeds received upon sale of the shares to pay or refinance its senior secured debt."
I read the entire release and it definitely bolsters our resources. I find it reassuring that Attis, upon review of all the facts, agrees with the USPTO and their rulings. What is troubling to me as a common shareholders is, how does this help the share price? I repeat, common shareholder, not preferred shareholder...
All that being said, the share price hasn't moved higher on this news...
I am not sure that it bolsters OUR resources. The $18 million is ear marked to pay its senior secured debt that is already in place. Also note that noen of the releases indicate that GERS is a publicly traded company. Until KK comes forward with additional communication as to the meaning of the Attis, Flux, Genarex, GERS complex onion, why would any one through money at this?
They don't have $18 million in debt.
Everything will be reversed on appeal.

No one outside the inner circle has any idea how much debt we have. There has been no filing in a year and a half. Clearly KK does and he authored the agreement for the money be directed to pay-off senior secured debt. A very unusual clause for such an agreement.
It is correct, Attis has bet $18 million on the outcome of the appeal. In that regard, they are in our camp.
Yes we need a filing, we have for many months addressing many substantive events. EXPECT one -- no!
I'm surprised to see 12% licensed, $7 million revenue. That's much higher than last reported.
What's this news about blockchain for the agri industry?
Actually, based on the last 10K (TWO YEARS AGO) GERS had $9.5 million in revenue. The gross margin, cost of goods is in line with the 30% we have seen for years.
$1.2 million in the last quarterly. $3.5 million for the nine months ending 2016. So why the big jump to $7? And since when did they get 12% of the industry licensed? They must see strength in the appeal too?

I continue to be amazed by how dedicated and well informed each of you are. I've forgotten how many times I've been asked if I was SkunK. I always said that I'm not, but that I'd be proud to shake his hand if I ever met him.
Ditto for each of you. Your patience and support has never been forgotten. Each of us has bled to build value for the industry. It's high time that our shareholders had a chance to participate in that value. All of our shareholders.
We're about to pay off the last remnants of our debt from before the crash. We're about to file our appeal. And, by virtue of this deal, regardless of what happens with the litigation, we're about to start growing again.
All questions will be addressed.

I would be absolutely honored to shake your hand and thank you for what you did for my friend's family. To thank you for inventing and commercializing the saving grace of the ethanol industry. To thank you for not only keeping this company alive, but positioning it to thrive. I believe bio-based plastics are the future and this technology will be bigger than oil extraction.
May I propose a shareholder meeting, either formal or informal? It would be nice to put a face to a few of the folks that've been fighting for this company. To prove to those in attendance I'm not you or SkunK, lol..I've been flattered with accusations of being both.
The anticipation alone for this type of transparency would be a big boost to shareholder confidence, not to mention the PPS.

I have proposed that we meet at the Federal Circuit Court House, 717 MADISON PLACE, N.W. WASHINGTON D.C. 20439 for the oral argument; whenever they are held. Another venue sooner would also be appealing.
