Am I mistaken, hasn't GERS already submitted this material to the USPTO in its request for reassessment of the validity of the patents? If so, why should GERS care about it being documented again? This appears as frivolous and not necessary and places a cloud over the legitimacy of the patent in the eyes of the court that has already been evaluated -- twice.

no, yes, i dont think they do, really, except that it protracts litigation, and yes, a cloud ... of smoke and mirrors ... until her highness addresses the elephant in the living room, imo.
