Summer Subpoenaing . . .

One of the reasons GreenShift is subpoenaing a defendant's lawyer may be found in the request for documents of the subpoena itself.  Its been a while, but was Iroquois used by the defendants to sandbag Cantrell during his disposition?  Did the defendant's keep the information from GreenShift AND Iroquois until the disposition?  Did they do this so Iroquois would not be tainted by withholding the information?  Was Spiro the go between that provided plausible deny ability to Iroquois?

Is the SkunK seeing things that are not there?  Would not be the first time.  You Decide:

Remember when the defendants were sanctioned for these bush league tactics?

"The court awards CleanTech, and against the defendants jointly and severally except for Adkins Energy, one-half its reasonable fees in drafting the motion for protective order, the brief in support, and supporting declaration."  SEE HERE

Its been a year and a half - a bit of post flashback history HERE.  Is there new evidence of untoward activity?  We may be about to find out.

Wrong again. There has been a remarkable qualitative relationship (i.e. going up and down together) for the day.

And what happened another all-time low for the PPS! I never said that you could quantitatively estimate the closing PPS from one to the other; only that they seem to be qualitatively correlated, as they were today, again.

By the way do I need to state that dilution continued again today? Are its size and relationship to the opening of two new legal fronts a mere coincidence? My bet is not.

Hell, your entire outlook on life is "NOT"! If you are actually an investor in GERS (I seriously have my doubts), you have the worst outlook for a personal investment I have ever witnessed. Constant belittling of the company and berating other investors 24/7. You really need to get a life!

To you "belittling" is simply not being a member of the Hallelujah Chorus. Many of the same issues I have delved into here over the years I discussed face-to-face with several of the company's principals. They did not take this as "belittling". My assessment is that you have difficulty looking at an investment gone bad and objectively asking why, and not taking it personally. Look here big boy/girl, we are not talking about your castration, just a few bucks in limbo -- for a while, a long while that is. Buck-up and take that like a man (or woman) and engage in constructive dialogue without fear that that you may be eviscerated.

bad since 12/31

Buck-up? F**k Off!! Things could change any day now. To keep choking on "years" from now, day after day is nothing more than either a death wish or basher fulfillment.

Now, now, temper, temper. Playing the sub penny stocks requires sound judgement and keeping one's emotions under control. If you want to believe that, "Things could change any day now", in order to get you through the long cold winter ahead as a coping strategy, OK by me. But if you REALLY believe it you are absolutely delusional.

As for my timetable to be inaccurate, I have publicly held this position for about two years already; it has been validated by the passage of time.

We are continuing to get whatever feces the common shareholders have left kicked out of us.
