Reply to the Writ of Mandamus

GreenShift's reply to the Writ is due today - if they chose to reply.  If they do - it likely will be posted on Pacer tomorrow.  GreenShift would be defending the actions of the MDL court against ICM - if they decide to reply - not a bad place to be.

Why not take some of that bashing money Vandergreed pays you and start your own website? I'm sure you must get tired of posting the same dreary shit on only about 3-4 sites.

Patent Infringement Lawsuit Filed Against Guardian Ethanol

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/greenshift-sues-guardian-energy-patent-155600207.html

I find this lawsuit very interesting.
In January, 2013, patent infringing Al-Corn Clean Fuel Cooperative, Chippewa Valley Ethanol Co., Heartland Corn Products agreed to buy Guardian(Heron Lake) for $55 million, but the deal fell through.

Why did the deal fall apart? Is it the liability this infringing plant has tied to it?

http://www.startribune.com/business/203316541.html

Does it have somthing to do with the Fagen settlemnet?

http://www.ethanolproducer.com/articles/9499/heron-lake-bioenergy-plant-sold-to-guardian-energy-heron-lake

"An SEC filing said the deal is supported by the largest Heron Lake investor, Project Viking, a partnership owned by Ron Fagen, CEO of ethanol and renewable energy contractor Fagen Inc., and his spouse, Diane Fagen, who also is an executive with the Granite Falls, Minn., company. They control nearly 45 percent of the outstanding partnership units."

What is the meaning behind GreenShift suing a Fagen owned plant shortly after the Fagen settlement?

How will they ever sell that plant with $34 million in debt and a patent infringement lawsuit against them?

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$!$
