Resolving Claims?
"In an effort to resolve as many patent-infringement claims as possible, some joint defendants have not opposed these seemingly random additions."

Why screw with Adkin's? The big money is elsewhere. This shows GreenShift is a "chest beater" as ICM. GreenShift screwed several clients by signing contracts and then not being able to perform. It appears they tried to use the same money twice and again, several times and it finally caught up with time.

Does Anderson's or Global Ethanol come to mind? There are many others who were screwed because GreenShift refused to pay its bills. GreenShift owned Warneke was used as an OEM to purchase and then bankrupted it to keep from payimg obligations (lawsuit). Sustainable was bought for stock to purchase goods and then was bankrupt to keep from paying its bills (lawsuit), Nextdiesel was bought to purchase goods where money was spent on Global and then it was bankrupt (lawsuit). NextGen was only purchased to gain cash flow for operations and is now defunct (lawsuit). GreenShift has more lawsuits than patents. They are on a cash only basis with most people that supply them because of the history of not paying bills. The only bills paid are ones from suppliers they need to do repetitive business with. Has anyone done a Dunn and Bradstreet on GreenShift?
GreenShift loves lawsuits and this is a good one.
And you dedicated groupie investers think GreenShift is going to give a care for you? Give you a dividend? GreenShift is a take and be screwed company. GO BUY YOUR STOCK ON MONDAY!

"dipchit donkey boy HEE HAW^" is your response to anything you do not like. Listen to the phrasing -- sounds like diarrhea of the mouth. Instead of defecating all over yourself why not counter with factual arguments?

I don't think GERS agreed not to sue Adkins over "anything", including Patent Infringement. The agreement was not to sue Adkins over the Construction Project, as I read this. Adkins is trying to stretch the agreemant not to sue; to cover Infringement in addition to the original coverage! Nice Try, if that is the goal! DHOLE

I wonder why the Skunk is formally letting us know that he lives in Wisconsin. That was an open "secret" to many of us, but now it is a secret no more? Reason?

Cause he doesn't want anyone to think he lives in MN & gets his news from the Star Tribune! DHOLE

Nobody, where does SkunK state he lives in Wisconsin?

I hope its not just an assumption based on the nice picture he posted.

I live in Jersey and we have cranberry bogs all over that look exactly like that picture right now. In fact, we're one of Ocean Spray's largest contributors.
But I'm not seeing anything where he states he's from Wisconsin.

What is the point of another of your lobotomized musings? Yes, Star and Tribune in Minneapolis, Miami Herald in Coral Gables, and the Monterey Herald on the Monterey Peninsula. I have posted from all of them, and I have homes in each as you know based on our "discussions" over the years.

Anony 12:46'

Speaking of years, you are clearly a newbie of have a faulty memory. One needs to paste some information together, including pictures the Skunk has posted, from what he described as the back of his house. Cumulative statements intersecting flora and fauna exhibited is quite telling.

Anonymous said...

Nobody, you asked why is SkunK letting us know he lives in Wisconsin.

My statement wasn't based on a requirement to look back in the records.

My statement was based on you stating that SkunK is letting us know he lives in Wisconsin in his latest posting.

Regardless of if he does, he did not make any mention of where the picture was taken. Thus, there was no mention of Wisconsin or any location what-so-ever, to provoke the question of why he's letting us know where he lives.

He didn't let us "know" anything about his location in that post.

If I take pictures of nobody's brothers house in NJ does it mean I live there?

NASCAR Crosses 3 Million Miles on American Ethanol

This week at the annual National Association of Convenience Stores Show in Las Vegas, American Ethanol was proud to announce that NASCAR has run more than three million miles on Sunoco Green E15.

Since 2011, the durability and high performance capabilities of E15 have been continuously proven while racing the rigorous conditions in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™, NASCAR Nationwide Series™, and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series™. The three million mark was officially reached last month at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

American Ethanol spokesman Austin Dillon made an appearance at the tradeshow to celebrate the milestone, saying, “Since the 2011 racing season, NASCAR drivers have seen a considerable increase in horsepower thanks to Sunoco Green E15. Reaching three million miles on this proven renewable fuel is yet another testament to the quality and value of ethanol – for my fellow American drivers both on and off the track.”

American-made ethanol will be fueling NASCAR down the final stretch of the exciting 2012 season. Be sure to tune in to the Chase for the Sprint Cup and catch Dillon in action as he vies for an award-winning end to the Nationwide Series.

NEWS!$!$ Glacial Lake Energy/Mina's 1st Oil Shipment 10/23/12!$!$

http://www.glaciallakesenergy.com/events_oil.htm

"10-23-12 - GLE Mina has installed oil skids which became operational in mid October. Pictured is Mina’s first load of oil being loaded for shipment"

GERS' is now in both of Glacial Lakes Energy's 100+ MGY plants.
I'm very pleased with the continued progress Greenshift is making.
I believe Q312 will be another profitable quarter.

http://www.glaciallakesenergy.com/index.htm

"Glacial Lakes Energy, LLC (GLE) was an original 40 mgy nameplate ethanol production facility which underwent an expansion in 2007 and currently is running at 100+ mgy in Watertown, SD. Glacial Lakes Energy, LLC ethanol plant was formed in May 2001 by the Glacial Lakes Corn Processors (GLCP) and Glacial Lakes Capital, LLC (GLC). GLCP is a South Dakota Cooperative comprised of over 4,000 members. GLE purchased the ownership held by GLC in July 2004. After the transaction, GLCP became the sole owner of GLE.

GLE holds a 15% investment in Granite Falls Energy, LLC, a 50 mgy production facility, located near Granite Falls, MN and 8% ownership and a board seat in Redfield Energy, LLC, a 50 mgy production facility located near Redfield, SD.

Glacial Lakes Energy is the sole owner of a 100 mgy ethanol plant near Mina, SD which began operating in June of 2008.

GLE has two off-site corn receiving facilities; Rogers Brothers near Miller, SD and Anderson Grain near Langford, SD.

Glacial Lakes Energy, and its subsidiaries, continues to prove to be successful in the industry by continually running above name plate capacity as well as providing economic impact to the agriculture industry, community, and its shareholders.

The trading pattern for the past few weeks has been unusual, compared to past experience. I have no idea if it means anything at all or just a refection of episodic interest.

Still buy and hold here, mostly hold. I once stressed one of the key objectives of this business was to operate at profit, eventually. And was pleased that profits were realized in the second quarter. I hope the trend continues and profits are properly allocated to effect sustained optimum growth in value.
With the YAGI debt near due, word on refinancing is key. And of course the litigation, etc....
Bought my tickets, got my popcorn and Coca Cola, hope this shows a winner.
