Adkins Again

See Here

Except for the date and the document number this looks the same as Adkin's yesterday?  Am I missing something?

Change from "Ultimately"?? DHOLE

In case any one is interested (where is Slash or Skunk?):

From GPRE CC

"Our non-ethanol segments were significant contributor to the third quarter overall performance, generating a record $20.8 million in operating income. The components was follows; $7.8 million from corn oil production, ...".

Last quarter GPRE yielded an operating income of $9.4 million or 17% less. We do not know how GPRE corn oil and revenue directly relates to GERS' revenue but a drop of 17% in their largest customer's corn oil income is, qualitatively, not good. Since Q2 was disappointing in terms of revenue for GERS, it may be that Q3 will be worse.

Nobody,

Why is it when bad news appear, you go out of your way to make sure everyone sees it? But when good news appears, you ignore it and make no mention of it?

It's pretty clear what your doing. Not sure how you can sleep at night. You're a scum bag and that is why you can't get a real job. You're a loser.

Shame on you in trying to stress all others out. I hope cancer finds you quickly. You are not a good person.

Sorry, you are wrong on all counts. Your mind is clouded and made toxic by any objective statement that does not raise the promise of your gamble with GERS to exalted levels. There is a name for this condition -- delusion of grandeur and resultant disconnect with reality. Good luck in your recovery. You, like GERS, have a long, tortuous road ahead.

A more useful approach, if you dispute my facts, then applauding advancement of carcinogenesis, would be to provide a different fact - based perspective. Since you cannot, either because you lack the capacity or the facts do not exist, you lapse into fantasies of morbidity slaying the messenger.

A rally in the wind:

"Ethanol futures in Chicago capped the longest streak of gains in more than three weeks on supply reductions.

Futures climbed a day after Valero Energy Corp. (VLO), the third- biggest U.S. ethanol producer, said on an earnings conference call that it idled plants in Albion, Nebraska, and Linden, Indiana, because of poor margins and is operating three of its mills at reduced rates. U.S. production of the biofuel is down 17 percent this year, the Energy Department said Oct. 24. The agency will publish weekly output figures tomorrow."

Hey Nobody,

I bought in at .01 and now at .05. So, I am doing fine. It's the others that have taken a hit and you just want to stress them out even more with posting more negativity.

Your day will come...I promise:)

Q2 disappointing??? Only for the nobody's but then he should be used to it after 7^years of whining

If you had been paying attention, if you curtailed the putrefaction of your mind for just one minute, you would know that compared to the corn oil revenues of its customers, particularly GPRE, the corn oil revenue reported by GERS was quite disappointing. In fact, the continued disconnect between the corn oil revenue of its customers and that reported by GERS finally put to rest the assumption that the average royalty was 20%. To reconcile the various numbers over the previous six months the average royalty is closer to 10% -- I say that is/was very disappointing. Remember now? Is your euphoria-addled cerebrum capable of processing this yet? Or are you completely engaged with the real world through your limbic system?

Your a loser and no way a gers holder you get excited on trying to hold down gers

revenue means nothing without profit pps from 1 to 5 hardly disappointment an was reaction to profitable

before 2q <1 cent after 2q >5 whos disappointed?

I hold a very large position in GERS, but that does not blind me to the challenges as it does most here. It is amazing how many here had the vision to buy in at 1 cent and now sing bloated self praises as to how smart they were. In fact more people have bought in at 1 cent than GERS has outstanding shares. The bravado of the idiots and the lairs is only surpassed by their vacuous logic.

Update...AMTX Extracts From "Evaporative Process"

I believe AMTX, Aemetis, is licensed with GERS. What we've seen from other producers is that those using SRS equipment, are licensed with GERS.

This was just released yesterday in AMTX's 10-Q(page 20). Aemetis confirms they're extracting during the evaporative process, a key method of Greenshift's patents.

"During the quarter we installed and began operating corn oil separation equipment at the Keyes plant. The corn oil is extracted during the evaporative process and sold as a feed supplement to local animal feeding operations."

http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/738214/000135448812005521/amtx_10q.htm

SRS respects Greenshift's patents. As you can see in the link below, the SRS equipment is directly based on GERS' process.
http://solutionrecovery.com/ethanol.asp

The SRS system recovers corn oil during the evaporation stage from the concentrated thin stillage.

That's why Corn LP, Red Trail Energy, and I believe AMTX licensed with GERS when they installed SRS equipment.
http://www.send2press.com/newswire/2010-11-1108-003.shtml

Corn LP is using SRS' equipment and licensed to use GERS' patents for the process of extracting from concentrated thin stillage during the evaporative process.
http://www.greenshift.com/news.php?id=270

Aemetis has installed equipment from Solution Recovery Services. This is equipment that is based on GERS' patents that other producers have installed and licensed with Greenshift.

"...(excluding the Corn Oil Separation System Agreement dated November 16, 2011 between Solution Recovery Services, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company and AEAFK, in effect as of the date hereof)"
(Page 18)

(h) "... (v) the Corn Oil Separation System Agreement dated November 16, 2011 between Solution Recovery Services, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, and AEAFK, and (vi) the Revolving Line of Credit Agreement between Aemetis International, Inc. and Laird Q. Cagan; in each case, to the extent such Liens secure Indebtedness described in such agreements on the date of this Agreement"

Settlements, Equipment Suppliers And Flint Hills

Most are aware that Center Ethanol and Amaizing Energy have settled the lawsuit with Greenshift. Sunoco, Calgren, Advanced BioEnergy and to an extent Marquis Energy hired Greenshift to install the equipment and licensed the methods.

We know that Center Ethanol and Green Plains hired ICM to install the equipment but licensed with Greenshift for the methods. BIOF installed Westphalia equipment. Likewise, Corn LP, Red Trail Energy, and Aemetis (AMTX) hired SRS to install the equipment and I believe all three are licensed with Greenshift for the methods.

All the above companies extract oil using mechanical seperation during the stillage evaporation process.

Here's my point and it's something I find to be very interesting to say the least.

I noticed in 2008, Amaizing Energy had Primafuel(which is now Edeniq) install equipment that extracts oil using mechanical seperation during the evaporation of stillage.

http://www.amzenergy.com/index.cfm?show=10&mid=28

Greenshift sued Amaizing Energy for extracting with Prima/Edeniq equipment, without a license. The lawsuit was settled with Amaizing Energy when The Andersons bought them out. I think it was obvious to ANDE that the Primafuel/Edeniq system that existed in Amaizing Energy's plant was infringing since it's based on the extraction of oil during the evaporation of stillage. It's even in the desciription on Edeniq's website.

http://www.edeniq.com/page/today
As you can see in the link above, Edeniq extracts during the evaporation of stillage similar to how SRS does in the link below.
http://solutionrecovery.com/ethanol.asp

So if most of the industry is licensing the method of seperation from evaporated stillage with GERS no matter if the equipment is installed by SRS, Edeniq, Westphalia, or even ICM, does this mean Edeniq's big customer Flint Hills is licensed with Greenshift? I think it may.

Remember that there's hundreds of millions of gallons of unknown customers that're said to be licensed with GERS and I've speculated in the past that Flint Hills may be onboard. We just saw the license agreement with Advanced BioEnergy was transferred to Flint Hills in that transaction.http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=80806598

We now know that ANDE has Edeniq's equipment and is licensed with GERS.

P.S. You may notice in the Edeniq link that heat/mechanical is on the left and mechanical is on the right. I think Skunk said it best when he explained this loophole was slammed shut when patent #5 was issued. It covers the use of heat from the evaporators. http://greenshift-gers.blogspot.com/2012/04/5th-coes-patent-issued.html

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$
