Hmm.. could this be a clear sign of weakness? Mr. Brown realizing that they're fighting a losing battle and doesn't want his name on that failure when the verdict finally comes in?

GREEEEN !

nobody123789 said...

Anony 12:27,

Intellectual property attorneys are very scrupulous about their clients maintaining the retainer level. This area of law is in very high demand and intellectual property attorneys do not and will not continue to work on a case if the retainer cannot be maintained. They have too many other options and demand for their services. If a client falls behind in maintaining an adequate level of money on account, the attorney notifies the client that they have a number of days to rectify this deficiency. If not, they frequently tell the client to get another attorney, and notify the court that they wish to be excused. I think that the court has to agree and it usually does.

Therefore, there is another scenario -- the clients are running out of money. If that is the case it has significant negative implications for GERS. GERS may win their award but some (many) of the defendants will not have the resources to pay it. There is no debtors prison in this country as there are in some. In another words, we could lose by winning nothing.

Traderx2000,

Why should any one be concerned about shorting with all this good news and pumping? Shouldn't the shorts be running for cover under this scenario?

OMG! Negative post after negative post! You are truly destined for greatness on the Yahoo board.

Looks like Nobody is starting to panic.

Love it!1

Your definition of negative and mine do not coincide. The reason -- euphorians cannot admit the possibility that their world view is wrong, therefore any one expressing a conflicting thought is a negative heretic -- just like Galileo.

Anonymous said...

Interesting that with yesterdays pr nobody suddenly decides that this message board needs to be flooded with his comments
hmmmm

Anonymous said...

The guy's an idiot. Anyone who doesn't embrace his message of doom is labeled a euphorian. Galileo wouldn't be caught dead associating with such a moron.

Galileo is dead -- he is not your acid rock star group to which you thought I was referring. My G'd the low level of intelligence here is truly astounding.

"Panicking" -- learn how to spell. And if this thing ever goes to the moon as you expect I will be driving my gold Cadillac over the festering ruins of your red-neck home. No panic here, I am hedged and win either way. You should try it sometime -- being a winner that is. Gives one a very different view of the of the unwashed masses. What ever happened to the concept to restricting the vote to landed gentry -- sounds great to me. We would finally set things right.

we could all learn about removing risk..

bye and bye, you failed to buy at the .008 retest....you froze...

i have no opinion presonally, ,,,just get real and stop fabricating bull chit...

dilution is reduced today to a 30% ratio to traded shares...that is very positive......the dilution has slowed from half to one third of the actual traded shares...

Low level of intelligence indeed! I'm not the one pretending to know what others are thinking, although I bet even a moron like you can figure out my thoughts right now!

IF you are absolutely sure of that, spend a measly $2500 and buy yourself a 100,000 shares and an early retirement.

Anonymous said...

You need to ask yourself why we're all so smart an nobody is so dumb.

Anonymous said...

iHub, as well as this board have become a joke. Doesn't matter who you are, or what you say, thanks to one person "Nobody", you get attacked personally and get told how stupid, euphoric or unintelligent you are. At the same time, you get to listen to how this sick, egotistical jerk is the only one on the planet who has any common sense. You know, the guy who "would fire his mother, wife, and all (his) children....".
I'll bet dinner time is a blast at his house!

Nobody, you're an assclown. You immediately jump to the conclusion that Anon 10:26 doesn't know who Galileo is without any evidence. You just revealed your level of intelligence.

New Soy Oil Tires More Durable, Require Less Energy...

"Our initial testing has determined that there's a lot of promise in using soybean oil," Michael Kerns, manager of global materials technology for the Akron tire giant said. The company estimates that tread life could improve by as much as 10 percent. It also expects to cut oil purchases by more than 225,000 barrels a year.

Kerns said Goodyear began exploring soybean oil as a tire material a few years ago, hoping to find an alternative to petroleum in case crude oil prices skyrocketed as they did in 2008. The United Soybean Board trade group gave Goodyear a $500,000 grant to test soy oil as a petroleum alternative.

The company's early experiments showed more than just the ability to swap out materials. The soybean-based rubbers were more durable and required less energy to create.

"We were looking for flexibility in case of rising oil costs," Kerns said. "That performance benefit was something we didn't anticipate."

Goodyear and other tire companies combine natural rubber from rubber trees with oils and filler materials such as silica to make tires. Kerns said Goodyear quickly found that soybean oil distributed those filler materials throughout the rubber much more efficiently than petroleum oils.

That improved filler dispersal meant less energy used during production and a more consistent tire rubber at the end of the process.

$20 Soybeans Coming As The U.S. Simply Runs Out...

Inedible Crude Corn Oil Will Jump To Record Highs, IMO.

If soybeans advance to $20, soy/corn oil will follow. We could very well see inedible crude corn oil prices around $.55-$.57 per pound by the end of this year. Just in time for method II.

"The smallest U.S. soybean harvest in nine years will leave inventories in the world’s largest exporting nation at the lowest in four decades."

"U.S. farmers will reap 13 percent less than a year earlier after the worst Midwest drought in 76 years, according to the average of 34 analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg. Reserves will be the lowest since 1973 by March."

"Futures will advance 17 percent to an all-time high of $20 a bushel in three months, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. predicts."

“The U.S. will simply run out of soybeans” for exports on March 1."

“The supply situation is unprecedented. The theoretical maximum South American shipping capacity may fall short, leaving world buyers wanting.”

"Soybean futures through yesterday jumped 42 percent to $17.1875 this year on the Chicago Board of Trade, and soybean meal, used in livestock feed, surged 66 percent to $519.40 per 2,000 pounds (0.91 metric ton)."

"Hedge funds and other speculators have increased bets on higher prices 10-fold this year, data from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission show."

"Economic growth is also spurring more demand for vegetable oils used in everything from fried and baked foods to candy and breads."

“Nobody has seen this kind of global shortage before, and yet there is little evidence that demand has slowed at current prices,”

“Soybean demand may not slow until we reach $20.”
