Lawrence M. Kreisler - Lawrence is the sole owner of Serenity Capital, LLC. Built Kreisler Bags, then Kreisler Bags and Filters, then KBF Pollution Control Inc., then KBF Pollution Management Inc. After 1-20 R/S Sept2003 company was taken over by Veridium Corp in Oct2003, controlled by son Kevin. Resigned, effective December 31, 2003, as an officer and director of Veridium Corporation. Continued to work at Veridium's Paterson, New Jersey based recycling facility, that was designed on recycling technologies he invented. His employment was terminated in July 2004 due to irreconcilable philosophical differences in how to best operate and grow that facility. Bronze Parachute included: 100 percent of his salary of $150,000 through December 31, 2004 and 50 percent of his salary through December 31, 2006. Medical benefits until the age of 65. Lawrence is about 61 years old.
Scott Kreisler - Scott is the sole owner of Cyrus Capital, LLC. Brother of Kevin Kreisler, listed as a Beneficial Owner of Veridium Corporation on 4/2/2002 SEC filings. The 2005 annual report also says: "During 2005, Scott Kreisler, brother of Kevin Kreisler, received salaries of $72,700. Scott Kreisler no longer works for the Company." In February 2006, Cyrus Capital, LLC, purchased from GCS Investments $500,000 in convertible debt issuedby GS Clean Tech. It has been more than a week since the Q1 was filed. The Skunk's silence is unusual; to my knowledge he has always provided his perspective on every filing for years. We know that he is "on the job" as litigation and patent updates appear in his blog. Mr. Skunk you must know that many people are waiting your assessment, good, bad , or indifferent of the Q1. If no commentary is provided it will be viewed by many of your readers as a silent indictment of that filing.

Nobody - you have been a gers investor for years. You should tell everyone the total number of shares you have purchased and sold during that time to dispel accusations that you are nothing more than a trader shorting gers stock.
Bought many, sold none. Support more for environmental and economic implications, therefore, since I am not a pernicious capitalist I can be objective, as making money in GERS is secondary to my other interests here including cleaning up our fossil fuel pig pen, and "pimping the cadets". That said, belief that the PPS behaving so poorly is due to people shorting the stock, and market manipulators, is so naive, that I feel that I am listening to kindergartners complain about their teacher.

There is a couple of things (seen as I'm wasting my time on you again) I will say . You have a problem! Innuendo? Do you understand statistical regression? Regress the reported share sales against the SEC filings of past OS. This gives you your beta estimate to make further estimates of what the OS will be based on reported sales.

It appears ihub won't let longs tell the truth over there. It also appears many of the mods as well as the admins share a common position. They like shorting and do not want the truth told. As someone who works in the ethanol industry and is closely related to the corn oil legal and commercial development process, I can tell you that a great of what skunk reports is very slated and often times misleading. I would add that oftenit is factually correct the analysis is extremely bias towards GS as you would expect. The future of this company is far more doubt then what most investors realize or what has been portrayed in this blog. $$$$$good luck to all.

Well the shorts are limitted on time and they know that. 1q has always been a bad time of year for ethanol just like gasoline and oil it won't start ramping up until spring and will be full blast in the summer.
