COES 6-23 are new royalty based COES contracted since 1 Jan 2010. They represent about 1,007,000,000 gallons of actual Ethanol production - over 100% of GERS goal of 1B gallons for 2010. As of 20 Dec 2008 the following plants had a prior GERS relationship that "could?" lead to another contact? Richardton, ND Adams, Nebraska Concordia, KS (2 COES) ******************** All GERS COES (Method I - Thin Stillage) rated at 1.1 - 1.5mmgy (associated with a 50mmgy Ethanol Plant) unless noted as 2 COES (associated with a 100mmgy ethanol plant) - then rated at 2.2 - 3mmgy total extracted corn oil. Utica is rated at 1.3mmgy capacity. 2009 Annual Report reports COES 1-4 running @50-60% of potential due to lack of capital to complete COES. Method II (Whole Stillage) systems tie into different part of the Ethanol plant. These are rated at 1.75mmgy extracted corn oil each. Calgren contracted in Jan 2011 to put first Method II into commercial production. Ethanol Plants are not cookie cutter. Different corn varities, plant designs and manufacturers in the Ethanol Industry, lead to different corn oil potential.

Patrick Bush

Patrick Bush of GreenShift Corporation manages high level technical and manufacturing needs for the company including facility management, capital projects, conceptual process design, process engineering, equipment specification, installation, startup and technician training. He has provided support to corn oil extraction, biodiesel production, outside consulting engineering and research and development. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (BSChE) from Tulane University of Louisiana with a minor degree in petroleum engineering. He has written papers on electronic corporate management, automation and control, processing theory and practice and operating technician training. Mr. Bush joined GreenShift Corporation in 2006 and has 30 years experience responsible for many disciplines within the manufacturing industry including executive management, plant management, engineering management, production management, maintenance management and independent consulting engineering services. Corporations served include DuPont, ConAgra, Nabisco, Kraft General Foods, Bunge Corporation, Canbra Foods, Lurge Engineering, Owensboro Grain Company, Planters Company, Perdue Chicken Corporation and A.E. Staley Corporation. Mr. Bush has managed conception, detailed engineering design, installation, technician training, startup and management for projects ranging from small scale up to $225 million in capital cost. Greg Barlage - B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Experience includes 15 years of process engineering, manufacturing optimization, maintenance and operations management with a leading food products company. Six years at Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling solutions. Worked on commercialization of corn oil extraction technology and installation of a commercial scale version of Greenshift’s Tornado Generator™ technology located in Joplin, Missouri. Greg is about 45 years old.

Edward R. Carroll - Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Asian Studies from Saint John's University, an MBA in Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), 13 years in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions and negotiating financing. Helped U.S., European and Japanese companies in acquiring U.S. and overseas assets. Carroll worked at Daiwa Securities where he was an officer in Mergers & Acquisitions. Expertise in alternative fuels, energy. Prior board member of the Westchester Venture Group. Former infantry officer in the United States Army. Ed is about 43 years old

Dr. Richard Krablin - Richard Krablin, Ph.D.; Executive Vice President, Special Projects. Directs GreenShift’s Environmental, Health and Safety programs. Prior to joining GS CleanTech, Dr. Krablin served as Senior Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety for Horsehead Industries, Inc., the premier zinc recycler in the country. Prior to joining Horsehead, Dr. Krablin had a multi-tasked career with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) where he directed the worldwide environmental affairs of the mining and mineral processing subsidiary and managed the legacies and Superfund sites of the former Anaconda Co. Dr. Krablin started his industry career with The Anaconda Co. in Montana. Dr. Krablin has a PhD and MS in physics from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a BS in physics from Lafayette College, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program for business leaders. Mr Krablin is about 65 years old.

Inventors TAA

Effective December 15, 2007, the Company executed an Amended and Restated Technology Acquisition Agreement (the "TAA") with Mean Green Biodiesel of Georgia, LLC (f/k/a Cantrell Winsness Technologies, LLC), David F. Cantrell, David Winsness, Gregory P. Barlage and John W. Davis (the "Inventors"). The amendment changed the method of calculating the purchase price for the Company's corn oil extraction technology (the "Technology"). The TAA, as amended, provides for the payment to the Inventors of a one-time license fee of $150,000 per 1.5 million gallon per year system (a "System") built and commissioned based on the Technology plus an ongoing royalty of $0.10 per gallon of corn oil extracted with the Technology. The Company is required to sell, market, deploy or in any way cause the initiation of operations of a total of three Systems on or before December 31, 2008, a total of eight Systems on or before December 31, 2009, and an additional five Systems per year up to a total of eighteen Systems, at which point the Company has no continuing commercialization requirement. p.80 2007 Annual Report.

Mr. Kreisler is a graduate of Rutgers University College of Engineering (B.S., Civil and Environmental Engineering, 1994), Rutgers University Graduate School of Management (M.B.A., 1995), and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 1997). Served as the Company’s vice president from 1998 to 2000, president from 2000 to 2002, chief executive officer from 2002 to 2005 and has served as the Company’s chairman from 2005 to the present. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Kevin Kreisler is the sole owner of Viridis Capital LLC; GreenSpace Capital, LLC; Incandent Capital, L.L.C. Mr. Kevin Kreisler is about 37 years old.

GS CleanTech's new Vice President of Operations (as of PR 22 Jan '07), has a broad base of diversified management, engineering, operational and business development experience. Mr. Davis led the deployment of GS CleanTech's existing Corn Oil Extraction System installations at Little Sioux Corn Processors and Glacial Lakes Energy. Most recently in his career, Mr. Davis was the technical director for special projects at Vortex Dehydration Technology, where he led product design, development and implementation for many applications of the technologies underlying GS CleanTech's Tornado Generator[TM]. Dr. Bayless PH.D., P.E. Ohio University

Algae/Biomass to fuel - Licensed Technology to GERS. Dr. Bayless’ efforts to improve power generation efficiency and remediate air pollution are documented by three issued patents with revenue-generating licenses, five pending patents, and over 40 peer-reviewed publications. He has been internationally recognized for his work in bioremediation of carbon dioxide, improving solid oxide fuel cells, and controlling particulates using electrostatic precipitation. He was one of four founders of a new Ohio University education and research program combining economic public policy and energy and environmental engineering. He serves as the director of a collegiate engineering leadership institute and directs the Ohio Coal Research Center.

The lovely Mrs. Rachael Kreisler

Rachael is a 1994 Graduate of Lakeside, a private Prep school in Seattle, WA. Rachael is a graduate of The University of the South, with a cum laude bachelor's degree in biological psychology and minors in fine arts and philosophy. One time IBM site designer, worked on Macy's e-commerce site and the redesign of the NYSE site. Founder of Kissykat and Candent Corp. As of March 31, 2008, the Company (GERS) owed Candent Corporation $757,853 (the "Candent Note"). The former president of Candent is the wife of the Company's chairman. All of the issued and outstanding capital stock held by Candent is in trust for the benefit of its former president. The note payable to Candent shall bear interest at a rate of 10% per year and matures November 8, 2010. (P. 21 1st Quarter)

Kreisler Family Involved in GERS

Lawrence M. Kreisler - Lawrence is the sole owner of Serenity Capital, LLC. Built Kreisler Bags, then Kreisler Bags and Filters, then KBF Pollution Control Inc., then KBF Pollution Management Inc. After 1-20 R/S Sept2003 company was taken over by Veridium Corp in Oct2003, controlled by son Kevin. Resigned, effective December 31, 2003, as an officer and director of Veridium Corporation. Continued to work at Veridium's Paterson, New Jersey based recycling facility, that was designed on recycling technologies he invented. His employment was terminated in July 2004 due to irreconcilable philosophical differences in how to best operate and grow that facility. Bronze Parachute included: 100 percent of his salary of $150,000 through December 31, 2004 and 50 percent of his salary through December 31, 2006. Medical benefits until the age of 65. Lawrence is about 61 years old.

Scott Kreisler - Scott is the sole owner of Cyrus Capital, LLC. Brother of Kevin Kreisler, listed as a Beneficial Owner of Veridium Corporation on 4/2/2002 SEC filings. The 2005 annual report also says: "During 2005, Scott Kreisler, brother of Kevin Kreisler, received salaries of $72,700. Scott Kreisler no longer works for the Company." In February 2006, Cyrus Capital, LLC, purchased from GCS Investments $500,000 in convertible debt issuedby GS Clean Tech. During the period ended March 31, 2006, Cyrus effected conversions totaling $280,000, corresponding to 14,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. During the second quarter 2006 Cyrus effected additional conversions totaling $120,000 into a total of 6,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock.

Kathi A. Kreisler From a 3/30/2001 filing: Kathi Kreisler is a Co-founder of VERIDIUM CORPORATION and served as its President from 1984 through December 1994. She has been a director since March 1984. In January 1995, Ms. Kreisler became vice president, secretary and treasurer of Veridium Corporation. From 1979 to 1984, Ms. Kreisler was a principal in Kreisler Bags and Filtration, Inc., which name was subsequently changed to KBF Pollution Management, Inc. Ms. Kreisler is the wife of Lawrence Kreisler and is the mother of Kevin and Scott Kreisler. During 2005, Kathi Kreisler received salaries of $33,750. During December of 2005, Kathi Kreisler received 3,806,811 shares of the Company's common stock as a settlement of all severance liabilities.

MIF During the first quarter 2008, Minority Interest Fund (II), LLC ("MIF") acquired the Kerns $1,000,000 Debenture. In February 2008, MIF subsequently fully converted this debenture at the rate of $0.16 per share into 6,875,000 shares of Company common stock. The managing member of MIF is a relative of Kevin Kreisler. (p. 23 1st Qtr Rpt)
