Lawrence M. Kreisler - Lawrence is the sole owner of Serenity Capital, LLC. Built Kreisler Bags, then Kreisler Bags and Filters, then KBF Pollution Control Inc., then KBF Pollution Management Inc. After 1-20 R/S Sept2003 company was taken over by Veridium Corp in Oct2003, controlled by son Kevin. Resigned, effective December 31, 2003, as an officer and director of Veridium Corporation. Continued to work at Veridium's Paterson, New Jersey based recycling facility, that was designed on recycling technologies he invented. His employment was terminated in July 2004 due to irreconcilable philosophical differences in how to best operate and grow that facility. Bronze Parachute included: 100 percent of his salary of $150,000 through December 31, 2004 and 50 percent of his salary through December 31, 2006. Medical benefits until the age of 65. Lawrence is about 61 years old.
Scott Kreisler - Scott is the sole owner of Cyrus Capital, LLC. Brother of Kevin Kreisler, listed as a Beneficial Owner of Veridium Corporation on 4/2/2002 SEC filings. The 2005 annual report also says: "During 2005, Scott Kreisler, brother of Kevin Kreisler, received salaries of $72,700. Scott Kreisler no longer works for the Company." In February 2006, Cyrus Capital, LLC, purchased from GCS Investments $500,000 in convertible debt issuedby GS Clean Tech. During the period ended March 31, 2006, Cyrus effected conversions totaling $280,000, corresponding to 14,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. I speak for myself. I have a very positive outlook for GERS -- in the long term. I have spelled out my expectations in that regard in several posts. I also believe I know what should be done in the short-term to firm up this potential. As a very long and very large holder of GERS stock I will continue to speak my mind in hopes that others will see what needs to be done as well. This is my only proxy as we cannot vote, go to a stock holder's meeting, or particpate in conference calls. Looking around other boards it appears that a few others are starting to understand the difficult road ahead and what KK can/should do to promote our interests. That is a good start. In most campanies the stock holder's and the CEO's interests are the same; not here. So my little voice in the wilderness will continue to call attention what is in our interests.

You're entitled to your opinion and your free to repeat it as often as you like. But lay off other investors and they'll respect you more.
I don't care about what you are calling "respect", in fact I enjoy the character assasinations that others are attempting; it gives me the fuel I need to continue to pimp these cadets. If I feel others are waiving the pom poms and not thinking, I will make factual statements to that effect. It is only a slur when it is wrong, which it has not been.
There you have it investors. Nodody clearly stated he enjoys what he does and we all now what that is.

It is generally not a good idea to yell fire in a crowded theater. Why? Its not that their might not be a fire. That is really not the point. We are dealing with a high risk/high gain penny stock - there are always gonna be fires here and there. Hell, the theater exit signs around here are lit with candles.
The reason it is not a good idea is that yelling fire would hurt more in the stampeed than the candles would ever do.
Is it bad to make an occasional comment about the candles being unsafe? No.
Is it wrong to continue to look at the candles and yell "fire!!"? Yes
So I am someone who takes the middle ground here. A sophisticated investor already knows corporate structure would have to evolve to get on the NASDEQ and already knows that there is a reason it is the way it is now. It will not change until the major debt holder changes. That will only come with time and money. You do not have to set deadlines or try to undermind confidence in the CEO. That is obviously unproductive and because it is it irritates most long investors over time. This is what generates (what looks on the face of it) to be over-the-top, unjustifiable harsh criticism of someone.
When someone gets bit by a dog you feel sorry for them. When someone gets bit by every dog they see, you wonder how they are baiting the poor dogs.
Hell, what do I know? Maybe they just taste good.

100million viewers?? This is the news today we should be talking about. We have never had this kind of promotion before. If one half of one percent of the potential viewers looked at GreenShift as a potential buy, that is 500,000 potential investors. If only one percent of those each invested only one thousand dollars, that is 5 million dollars chasing less than a 20 million OS. Twenty-five additinal cents chasing each share.
21st Century Business airs on CNBC and the Fox Business Network to over 100 million viewers nationwide as well as internationally via DirecTV and Dish Network.
Question, if you are so sure about the short term future and the massive influx of investors next week why was I the only one on the entire planet buying today?
