GreenShift has reported to the SEC its shares outstanding four times in calender year 2010. I copy/pasted the numbers from the filings in sequence of the "As of" dates - as well as the link. One may notice that the highest number of shares outstanding was in March with a significant drop into May. The number went up again in August, but was still below the March 30th high. Whether or not significant dilution has taken place is important to shareholders. Standing in August - if you look back to May the answer is yes. If you look further back to March the answer is no. An even longer time frame might give us another yes. When we get the new numbers (on Monday?) we will see where we officially stand - but remember the time-frame is important when comparing shares outstanding. In my opinion - if significant dilution is taking place this year - then the OS will have to be reported significantly above the 15.234M shares (postR/S) reported in March of 2011.

t is tempting to some to cry dilution since the split, however remember this is the first time in a long while this stock has become liquid with the possibility to get out for those that wanted to. Those that bought in at .0001 only to find themselves with no sell point may have bailed at first chance, even at a loss.
I do realize that some (most?) of us cannot trade our old shares yet, however some can. I wonder what will occur when those with etrade and scottrade, which must represent a high percentage of shareholders brokerages come online. I imaging the 10Q will be out by then (Monday)it should be interesting.
Ollie reported on I-Hub data he obtained from the transfer agent on November 17th. I do not know if the number reflects that date or an earlier date. The number of O/S was 14,588,938. With all due respect, I do not agree that the only measure of dilution is the yearly change. Remember that KK stated that the transition to paying GERS bills on a cash basis was to have occurred by the end of the year (six weeks from now). If modest dilution, or worse major dilution, is still occurring at this late date that dilution must be wieghted heavier (in terms of company performance) than that which occurred earlier in the year. We will have an update soon with the Q3, but dilution now should not be viewed in the same light as that from before.
The as-of date the TA gave me was 11/11/2011 with 14,588,938 s/o. MIF has been the biggest contributor to dilution in 2011 and im still trying to find out if MIF is hanging on to those shares or selling them back into the market. According to the last quarterly, the shares were restricted from resale. If that's the case its good for us. Ollie.

Your inability to defend yourself against the overwelming evidence fails to free you from the allegations against you. Are the simple questions too hard to answer without stealing another ID?
