GPRE 10-Q out...Bluffton, Lakota, Obion, Ord, Riga and Superior are all online.

"In the fourth quarter of 2010, we began implementing corn oil extraction technology at our ethanol plants. The corn oil system is designed to extract non-edible corn oil from the whole stillage process immediately prior to production of distillers grains. Industrial uses for corn oil include feedstock for biodiesel, livestock feed additives, rubber substitutes, rust preventatives, inks, textiles, soaps and insecticides. We expect the implementation of corn oil extraction at our plants, including amounts paid through March 31, 2011, will cost us approximately $22.0 million in the aggregate. At March 31, 2011, we were operating corn oil extraction systems at our Bluffton, Lakota, Obion, Ord, Riga and Superior plants. We expect to complete the installation of corn oil extraction technology at our Central City and Shenandoah plants by the end of the second quarter, and at our recently-acquired Otter Tail ethanol plant during the third quarter of 2011.

INFORMATION STATEMENT

To the Holders of the Voting Stock:

The purpose of this Information Statement is to notify you that the holder of shares representing a majority of the voting power of EcoSystem Corporation (the “ Company ”) has given its written consent to a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company to amend the articles of incorporation so as (1) to reduce the par value of the Company’s common stock from $0.001 per share to $0.0001 per share, (2) to effect a reverse split of the Company’s common stock in a ratio of 1-for-100, and (3) to change the name of the Company to “Adarna Energy Corporation . ” We anticipate that this Information Statement will be mailed on _______________, 2011 to shareholders of record. On or after _______________, 2011, the amendment of the articles of incorporation will be filed with the Delaware Secretary of State and will become effective.

Delaware corporation law permits holders of a majority of the voting power to take shareholder action by written consent. Accordingly, the Company will not hold a meeting of its shareholders to consider or vote upon the amendment of the Company’s certificate of incorporation.

As a result of the Reverse Split, there will be about 4,950,000,000 common shares available for issuance. The Board of Directors will be authorized to issue the additional common shares without having to obtain the approval of the Company’s shareholders. Delaware law requires that the Board use its reasonable business judgment to assure that the Company obtains “fair value” when it issues shares. Nevertheless, the issuance of the additional shares would dilute the proportionate interest of current shareholders in the Company. The issuance of the additional shares could also result in the dilution of the value of shares now outstanding, if the terms on which the shares were issued were less favorable than the contemporaneous market value of the Company’s common stock.

Just in case somebody is reading only the last entry here, this r/s mentioned is ECOSYSTEM CORPORATION, not GreenShift. That said, this may be relevant due to the same people involved as officers.

This comment section should be kept pure. The topics should be about GreenShift.

Is it possible or likely Kevin is using an Ecosystems shell thru dilution to help pay greenshift bills until it can stand on it's feet? Maybe he's trying to minimize our dilution, and we should be grateful?

Anyone have any thoughts on the ESYR filings?

Are we lining up for another try at a large equity financing of ESYR?

Remember? A while back, there was that $75 Million ESYR financing, which fell through.

Maybe they are resurrecting that deal?

Marquis Energy: Biomass power is an option....Is this where Zeropoint comes in?

"Marquis Energy is well situated to produce large amounts of ethanol, Marquis told EPM.

Biomass power is another story. “That’s on the back burner, but it is still a viable option for us—to use a feedstock other than natural gas at some point in the future,” he said. “We constructed the plant with that in mind, that we could change feedstock if necessary. Of course that can also open up your opportunities to be an advanced biofuel too.” The company would consider using some type of waste material brought in on barge (the company is located only 90 miles from Chicago) or ag residue sourced from nearby farmers.

When the project is completed, Marquis Energy’s 280 MMgy will reach the production levels of some Archer Daniels Midland Co. ethanol plants."

Marquis Energy produces millions of gallons of crude corn oil which is supplied to various feed markets and biodiesel facilities each year. The corn oil is extracted from various process streams within the biorefinery, using a mixture of innovative and sophisticated technologies. By maintaining precision control of extraction equipment, and using the newest enzymes, Marquis can extract unparalleled volumes of crude corn oil out of our facilities. The extraction of this valuable product further diversifies the income potential for Marquis' biorefineries, while maximizing the value of the corn feedstock. There is also a reduction in global greenhouse gas production.

This is Marquis' new website. Remember the old one? They always said they were extracting 1.7 million gallons, then they said Greenshift more than doubled their extraction but the 1.7 was still there? Well now they say that the plant is extracting 4,000,000 gallons! So after they expand to 280 MGY it should be extracting 8,000,000 gallons, right? The Wisconsin plant must be online as it's doing 1.4MGY.

The process of expanding has begun. There's a public hearing May, 17 to talk about the project. http://www.epa.state.il.us/public-notices/2011/marquis-energy-hennepin/index.pdf

Cool website!
