I am concerned that Marquis Energy oil yields are much less than what Greenshift has claimed to achieve. The original PR says they doubled yields. Greenshift is supposed to achieve 4% yield and these are only 2.5%. This difference has a huge impact on royalty revenues.

Note that the 140,000,000 is just the "permitted capacity" DDGs and Corn oil are listed as production. I believe their actual production is 100-110M gallons at the biggest plant. That gives you the 4%. And remember this is just Method I

What's going on with ESYR?

"Adarna" is a Phillipino name. Maybe we got a big investor from the Phillipines?

Apr. 26, 2011 (Business Wire) -- GreenShift Corporation (OTCQB: GERS) today announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) has issued a notice of allowance for patent application number 11/241,231, titled “Method of Processing Ethanol Byproducts and Related Subsystems” (the “’231 Patent Application”).

The new patent is broadly directed to corn oil extraction processes that include evaporating water from thin stillage to form a thin stillage concentrate; mechanically processing the thin stillage concentrate to separate oil from the thin stillage concentrate; and recovering the separated oil.
