Is anyone going to be in Indy that can go to this? I'd love a live stream or at least a first hand account of the talk.

Almost a half billion shares traded today, bid is back up to .0001 and ask is back up to .0002. Anyone have any idea what's going on to drive these numbers?

Ongoing Settlement Negotiations

Greenshift is in the middle of complex settlement negotiations. That's the reason why the company has been on the down-low as of late. I believe CC, our litigation team, has advised the company to refrain from doing or saying anything that could jeopardize the pending settlement announcement. Besides the fact that the company has confirmed that these negotiations are ongoing, there are several other signs that indicate there will soon be a settlement.

#1 Is that the company didn't go after a preliminary injunction. This is a clear indication that settlement talks have been going on for a while.

#2 Is that ICM recently acknowleged the fact that the methods of extraction from stillage belong to Greenshift. That's very huge, IMO.

#3 The company has been issued more patents and remained silent. They don't need to rub any salt in the wounds of our soon-to-be customers.

#4 In the Q2 report, they said that they licensed several new producers so far this year. Calgren and Marquis have been announced, and that makes a couple, not several, so there are more that have yet to be announced. We know that the Andersons ANDE are building another COES, in Indiana, and they are already licensed with us for their plant in Albion, MI. Also Didion Milling in WI has began extracting corn oil and they have a close relationship with our customer United Ethanol. I think the company has refrained from making these announcements out of respect for the sensitive negotiations.

The bid is back. As I said not too long ago, there appears to be some large investors chipping away at the company. We now know we have two investors that are putting up $4.7 million against the debt. We saw many block transactions of 100M shares at the 1's. This is a clear indication of confidence in the company. I think this deal may now be complete because the dilution has stopped. There's no need to issue more stock to make the interest payments when two investors have put up the cash and on top of that, cash is pouring in because our customers are ramping-up production.

I bought 20 million of the 1's a couple weeks ago, and it filled right away. I placed another order for 20 million of the 1's last thursday, and I've had no luck. It's obvious that the 1's are gone and most likely the reason the bashers are starting to freak out.

I think either the $4.7 million or the ever increasing cash-flows have allowed the company to finally stop the printing press. That's why we are back to the 2's for the first time in months.

Do a quick search and you'll see that patent litigation is settled 95% of the time, before even going to trial. And preliminary injunctions are avoided when negotiations are ongoing. That's because the US patent office is very respected in the eye's of the judge. The USPTO has recently reconfirmed that the patents are valid and belong to Greenshift despite all arguements from the infringers. I think that's why ICM is now admitting the method patents belong to us.

The company has stated they project 1.3 billion gallons to be licensed this year. All of the infringers, currently under litigation, account for about 875 million gallons of production.

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$

Advanced Bioenergy Adding Corn Oil Extraction!

It's official, Advanced Bioenergy is adding corn oil extraction to their 110MGY plant in Fairmont, NE. In the past, they talked about adding it to one or all of their plants. They are starting by adding it to their largest one first. ABE has three plants with a total capacity of about 200 MGY.

ABE Fairmont
"In April 2011, ABE Fairmont amended the senior secured credit agreement to defer the May 2011 principal payment of $2.6 million in order to finance a capital project. This amendment has the effect of extending the final principal payment on term loan A in 2014 by one quarter."

So ABE, Fairmont, NE, defered a principal payment of $2.6 million, "in order to finance a capital project." What project could they be talking about? Corn oil extraction!!!

"We are also improving the rail facilities at the Huron plant location, and adding corn oil extraction technology to our Fairmont facility."

A dollar/share. That would be phenominal. I would be thankful for 0.10/share. That would be great too.
