Court Update

Here is the court docket where everything is recorded.  As you can see not much has happened since I blogged on the "Answers to Complaints" or the individual defenses a week ago HERE.  We do have a number of "Notice of Appearance" which is all the lawyers telling the other lawyers and the court they are involved in the case.  Single, random example HERE

Kind of like when you walk your dog and you come upon another dog and how they pass information back and forth about each other - Strike that thought from the record! lol

Yes sir, there are a lot of lawyers  involved here.

It's a lawyer fest! these ethanol plants should settle and make more money instead of throwing money down the drain with these lawyer fees. These ethanol plants can make more money with GERSD tweaking their system even after th 20%, IMO.

Skunk,
I just found this little tidbit...

Another patented wood-to-electricity gasifier is being shipped to Germany! Zeropoint is 10% owned by Greenshift.
Largest biochar producer in the world?

http://www.zeropointcleantech.com/company

ZeroPoint Clean Tech Inc. announced today that is commissioning a biomass gasifier for shipment to Germany. The gasifier will utilize various grade wood chips for fuel and will power a GE Jenbacher Gas Engine to produce electricity and heat. ZeroPoint and its European partner intend to develop multiple combined heat and power projects, renewable gas boiler projects and methanol synthesis projects. The Company and its European partner also intend to become the largest biochar producer in the world. Biochar is a low cost form of sequestered carbon valuable as a soil amendment and for a number of other commercial application as activated carbon. ZeroPoint biochar contains approximately 87% fixed carbon and is activated to 350m2/gram of surface area.

ZeroPoint awarded United State Patent for gasification process
August 4, 2009

ZeroPoint Clean Tech, Inc. today announced that the United States Patent Office has issued a patent protecting its core biomass gasification technology. Patent No. 7,569,204 "Apparatus for Controlling the Gas Composition During the Gasification of Carbon Containing Feeds" is one of two U.S. patents now issued to the Company. ZeroPoint has an additional twelve patents currently pending as well as trade secrets related to its gasification process and various extension technologies.

24 more systems to come for this German customer?

Blue Planet Sustainable Energy, N.V. plans to use ZeroPoint Technology to convert an existing fossil fueled methanol plant in Schwarze-Pumpe, Germany into a bio-methanol ("Green methanol") production facility. ZeroPoint's high efficiency modular systems will convert wood chips into synthesis gas for use as a feedstock in the methanol production process. The project would involve as many as twenty-five ZeroPoint systems at full build out. ZeroPoint and Blue Planet entered into a joint venture to develop the biomass gasification market in Northern Europe in April, 2008.

This increases the corn to clean fuel conversion efficiency described above to 36%, or about 3.0 gallons of clean fuel per bushel of corn.

The ZeroPoint technology has the potential to add to the corn to clean fuel conversion efficiency by gasifying the remaining 16 pounds of defatted DDG in the above example and using the resultant syngas to generate electricity and to produce additional ethanol with the Fischer-Tropsch process.

We believe that deploying the ZeroPoint technology in concert with our turn-key corn oil extraction and biodiesel processing technologies will potentially enable us to increase the corn to clean fuel conversion efficiency from 33% to more than 48%, or from 2.8 to more than an incredible 3.9 gallons of clean fuel per bushel of corn. We are very excited by the potential of this technology in our program and its ability to create additional opportunities for ethanol producers and their regional communities to maximize the clean fuel yield out of existing crops.

—David Winsness, GS CleanTech’s President and COO

ZeroPoint’s Biomass Gasifier is designed to standardize variable biomass feeds and produce high yields of high-quality syngas in real-time with greatly increased capital and operating cost efficiencies at smaller scales as compared to traditional gasification technologies.

The syngas output of ZeroPoint’s gasifier can either be used to generate electricity in a standard gas-fired generator or catalyzed into liquid fuels such as ethanol or diesel substitutes with the Fischer-Tropsch process.

We believe that the ZeroPoint technology is the most effective commercially viable technology available for gasifying biomass. The technology is modular and capable of small and large scale applications. It is flexible and can readily accommodate increasing and variable capacities with variable feeds, and it can be manufactured with rapid delivery cycles. For GS CleanTech, the ZeroPoint technology adds significant additional capability to our clean fuel technology program.

Only 13 million shares traded today. That's a whopping $7,800 dollars. Pretty pathetic.

Just leads me to believe the printing press has been unpluged. No need to print shares since the Y/A deal.

manipulation especially when there are few or only one market maker, the price continues to rise until the re are no more investors who will buy, and then the bottom falls our and the price plummets. sometimes the market maker will buy back the shares at the fallen prices to recapture the stockpile for future revival of the stock, more often investors are simply left holding the worthless stock, hoping it will rebound yet another time and then they can cash in, but that never happens here. please make sense of our loss with some wild forecast on increase value of gers(d)

According to GPRE, the 1st plant will start extracting oil at the begining of the fourth quarter which is only a week away. The 2nd and 3rd plants will be on-line shortly after that. That's gotta drive ICM nuts, building machines that are licensed by the company that's sueing them.

"ZeroPoint biomass gasification system certified by TUV Sud
September 22, 2010

ZeroPoint Clean Tech, Inc. today announced that its ground breaking Renewable CHP Solution biomass gasification system has been certified by TUV Sud to be in full compliance with European Union-Atex manufacturing standards. TUV Sud is a globally recognized testing, inspection and certification organization. The approval clears the way for the ZeroPoint Renewable CHP Solution to be imported and operated in the Republic of Germany and other locations within the European Union. The system is expected to ship to Germany from the locations within the European Union. The system is expected to ship to Germany from the ZeroPoint contract manufacturing facility near Bufallo, NY in early October."
