I am the SkunKhunter. I hunt down SkunK stocks. Those are stocks that have been beat down past any reasonable justification. I try to ride the stock up as market forces eventually right the ship of PPS. A SkunK is not a herd animal. He is a scavenger who knows that arriving before the herd means big profits and clean shoes. This is the journey of the GreenShift Corporation. Updated weekly between COB Friday and Sunday evening. Clearly the defendants feel threatened by Barry V Medtronic. They REALLY don't want the court to consider their own ruling...
In the 2003 test, both stillage and concentrated stillage clogged the bench top module. It was realized the potential was there but he was “nowhere close to saying they could get oil out in a commercial process". They started to zero-in on concentrated stillage.
During the in-plant test, it took 6 hours to process just 2 gallons of syrup. Because they had to repeatedly disassemble and clean the machine, the test was considered a failure. Neither Barlage or Lauderbaugh were
optimistic about the results after the test; Lauderbaugh considered it a failure. Since some oil separated, they realized the potential was there but they further testing was needed.
In fact, he stated, "Further in plant testing will be required to fully determine the best method of commercialization for this process."
They were clearly still trying to determine the methods.
It was simply not shown or known if it would actually work until full scale testing occurred.
Even Agri-Energy wasn't convinced as evidenced by their attempt to centrifuge stillage (not concentrated stillage) in 2004.
There can be no equitable conduct since the purpose of the offer was to test the experiment. Therefor, Barry remains a relevant threat to the defendants.

Typo: Should read inequitable.
Would Barry have performed the surgeries if he didn't "believe" they would work? Of course not.
I'm positive Barry "believed" the surgeries would work or he wouldn't have done them. Believing isn't the point. It still wasn't "shown or known" to work for it's intended purpose until Barry did the follow ups.
Isn't it telling that for nearly a year after the failed July 2003 test, GERS didn't try to contact any other ethanol producer to make a sale? Weren't they supposedly "exploiting the market" during this time?
It seems to me that if one was trying to "commercially exploit" the market, they would've been all over the place attempting to make sales.
GERS moved forward with sales/marketing after the 2004 test proved it worked for it's intended purpose.

GERS New Oil Extraction, Biodiesel & Bioplastics Coming...
Quote:
Attis will also look to improve upon the quality and volume of coproducts currently being produced at the Fulton ethanol plant by implementing its patented and licensed corn oil extraction technology that will almost double the current corn oil production yields at the plant and provide an augmented revenue stream. The additional oil extraction system will serve a dual purpose as it will open a local market for the ethanol plant’s distiller grains; Attis’ new low-oil distiller grains will be better suited for dairy cow consumption. As New York is the third largest dairy producing state, this provides considerable value.

Some of you might recall the vision we outlined for GreenShift’s integrated biorefinery plans before the crash. We outlined a series of iterative technology upgrades designed to collectively shift the efficiency and profitability of corn ethanol dramatically forward by extracting and refining co-products into an array of value-added renewable alternatives to fossil fuel-derived products. We targeted producer partnerships and planned to leverage our technological capabilities to acquire, upgrade, and use first generation production assets to produce more with less. We spoke of greenshifting the industry.
That vision is alive and well today, more so than ever. Attis’ plans are complimentary to everything we’ve ever done. They have been amassing a broad portfolio of biorefining technologies, and they’re working on some extremely exciting things, some of which build on and add to our technologies. Plastics. Adhesives. Drop-in fuels. Breakthroughs. All from biomass. We’re working together to build value through our joint venture, free of the constraints of our legacy debt and litigation, making more progress than we have in a decade. Imagine the effect of fully integrating COES and biodiesel into a single Attis-owned ethanol plant and you’ll get a sense of the starting point of our trajectory.
Some of you participated in the latest Attis conference call. Those that didn’t should consider listening to the replay (access instructions below). The Attis roadmap and our shared opportunities for value creation have me and us excited and energized again, for the first time in many years. Developing those opportunities rank amongst our top priorities.
Our next steps are simple: stay focused, support Attis and our joint venture subsidiary, service our clients, continue to innovate, complete the restructuring, get and stay current, communicate, push through the appeal, make peace, acquire, diversify, grow … and build value for all of our stakeholders. Especially, and most importantly, for each of you.
Amazing article... Another news story that wasn't covered... GERS closed at $.05 today so all this means absolutely nothing... Just like all the other fringe articles that had a dotted line to GERS. Until you can post something concerning GERS and up to date filing, shut up idiot!
The positive actions of GERS and Attis continue to accumulate, so does the
veracity of the trash talk. Let the sunshine in! Its going to get better.

“The summertime E15 restrictions have been a major concern for us for a long time and would typically slow down our E15 expansion,” said Nathaniel Doddridge, director of fuels for Casey’s. “Now that we know we can provide our guests with a consistent experience at the fuel pump year-round, we are expanding E15 at a faster pace to stay ahead of our competition.”

Great Full Week Of Production, Great Meeting With NASDAQ!
https://twitter.com/attisinnovation?lang=en
The NASDAQ meeting went well! The plant is in full production currently generating roughly $150MM in revenue a year or $2.9MM a week!
I hope to see a PR that Attis Biofuels has begun construction of a GERS Method 2 system. Extracting from both the thin and whole stillage streams should about double oil production. Extracting oil makes better feed for dairy cows as too much oil affects their milk production.
These guys need to do oil extraction and biodiesel upgrades immediately!
Also, you would think there would be a ton of used cooking oil coming from New York restaurants. This refined waste oil is usually lower in free fatty acids than distillers corn oil and the two can be mixed as a biodiesel feedstock. A biodiesel refinery at an ethanol plant in New York should be able to better compete for this lower FFA oil restaurant oil. Surely it's cheaper to make biodiesel at the source as opposed to shipping it to Texas where Diamond Green makes diesel from a mix of corn oil and waste restaurant oil.
I never understood why the ethanol industry dropped the ball buy giving this added value away. REGI and VLO are making money off corn oil/waste restaurant biodiesel.

Ethanol Supplies Tumble As Demand Surges!
WASHINGTON, D.C. (DTN) –- Ethanol supply in the United States moved sharply lower in the first week of June, while production reversed 52,000 bpd higher in line with stronger blending demand, according to supply data released midmorning by the Energy Information Administration.

Ethanol Inventories Drop, Demand Jumps On E15...
https://brownfieldagnews.com/news/ethanol-production-jumps-after-e15-confirmation/
U.S. ethanol production shot higher last week following the confirmation of year-round E15 availability.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration says production averaged 1.096 million barrels a day, up 52,000 from the week before, as the industry responded to demand expectations.
Increased blending demand pulled stocks to an 11-month low, dropping 751,000 barrels to 21.082 million.

Picture of GERS Oil Extraction System In ATIS Refinery!$!$
This is news to me as I was only aware of 1 centrifuge installed (by GERS) in Sunoco's plant years ago! GERS surely got the installation contract for the 2nd centrifuge which is worth millions.
I posted a picture of the original Sunoco centrifuge installation years ago. It's in the middle of the IHUB intro on this message board. Apparently, there's now 2 centrifuges! More money for GERS as they surely got the installation contract as well...Thanks for sharing!

Including me! LOL...
“We have those resources here in New York,” Winsness said. “What’s unique to us is we have advanced technology to convert woody biomass, slash, etc., into ethanol more efficiently than anybody else we’ve seen by a long shot. We have figured out the pathway to do that and it’s not a very difficult pathway. It’s a very practical pathway to make the process run more smoothly.”
