Why has the FDA added GERS to the SRO list? For at least one of the following reasons:

GERS has never had any dealings with the FDA until now. So what's this all about?
I believe this is in regards to cannabis. Either cannabis products are now more than 10% of gross sales or the FDA has good reason to believe GERS is developing products that they regulate.

2.) Before you post your GERS hype, take a look at the Level II page:

GERS claims they will get up to date with their filing once Attis gets up to date with their mess. Attis, as has GERS done several times over the past few years, filed for an extension. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask for yet another extension but I hope not. Both sides are masters of illusion and delay tactics.
I am not sure what they have to hide but this can't be that complicated to spell things out can it? My guess is that they are unable to find or at least justify the valuation they are putting on GERS and once everything is figured out, Attis may back away from the GERS deal. All this is my humble opinion...
