Another example of defendants being on the wrong side of the law.

Wait, I thought we wanted 14,000 words for each one... Now it is 7000 and 7000 with a combined 14,000. That's not a win...

No. Look at Skunks December 28 post. We had 7 total and wanted 14. Defendants wanted 7 but said if we get 14 it should be split 7 and 7. We got 14 with no split restrictions.

ATIS/GERS To Showcase Advanced Processing Technologies

Cosman explained that managers of the Attis engineering team invented and installed the Fulton plant’s corn oil extraction system, and have expanded that recovery capacity as the facility grew its ethanol production capacity. “The same team has been developing additional improvements for the facility far beyond the successes of corn oil and corn ethanol,” he said.

According to Jeff Cosman, CEO of Attis Industries, his company will continue current corn ethanol operations at the facility, but plans to bring in advanced processing methods to drive more value from each bushel of corn the plant processes.

According to Cosman, Attis plans to add several coproducts to the Fulton’s plants operations, including biodiesel, bioplastic additives and advanced feeds.

Finally, an ethanol plant with GERS' patented method 2 oil extraction, biodiesel processing, bioplastics and high protein animal feed. Kevin's plan is coming to fruition. It's been a long time coming. I'm so proud of Kevin for holding the line.

Good Luck To All!$!$

Great, put a timeframe to the wishful thinking...

When will we break $.06 LOL...

I'm confused. Should I buy atis or gers?

Everyone is confused... If you want to put money down on an "up to date with reporting" transparent company, buy Attis. If you want a long shot that is a mudder, buy GERS... No one ever can pin a time frame on when anything is supposed to happen. They just determined the word count on the rely brief so that has to be submitted and then months before a judge gets to it.

Last year Kevin (supposedly Kevin) committed to having the having all the filings up to date. Since that note months ago, we have heard nothing.

It sure don't take much to mov3 this +44% 10,000 shares. I wonder what would happen if I threw some real money at it?

Neither are reporting
Both will soon be
Why not buy them both?

When only 5 to 10K shares trade daily (200 to 400 dollars) good luck finding buyers if you hold a large position. Unless something great happens, GERS stock is dead. Also don't bank on the Appeal providing any direction soon. If, and its a big if, they win all of the issues of which there are many, then it will get remanded back to the Circuit Court with a trial that will need to be scheduled and tried. Still a long ways off. Also, if GERS loses on any of the issues that invalidated the patent, then they lose everything. Its a high bar and I hope the Appeals court concludes that Judge McKinney screwed up big time on the experimental use exception that warrants overturning everything.

Greenshift is growing again. They aren't the same company they were just one year ago. Stay tuned for updates.

Post that fluff on the Attis board, not here. Not one single fluff post regarding Attis or any other thing has ever meant anything to GERS and more importantly its share price. Stop fooling yourself! 15 years of fluff has done zero, just look at the extended stock charts if you have the stomach!

Stay tuned for updates??? Every update has resulted in absolutely nothing!

Isn't it time for Kevin to pop into this chat room and give us his 2 cents? Opps, I should have said 4 cents...

Good job Greenshift blog!

I only have $0.02 to contribute to any discussion.

Attis is picking up where we were blocked, starting with the Sunoco deal and the planned series of upgrades; Method II, integral biodiesel, bioplastics, an array of renewable alternatives to fossil fuel derived materials, nameplate bolt-ons for feedstock diversification and drop-in fuels, and conversion of the CO2 in fermentation exhaust into natural gas and additional ethanol yield. We're going to do everything the industry could have been doing if infringing plants had worked with us instead of fighting us, tripping over dollars to avoid spending pennies. We structured the Attis transaction to ensure that GreenShift's shareholders have a chance to participate in that additional value creation.

The current litigation only involves five of our twelve primary corn oil patents. Loss at this stage would just trigger another round of appeal and, if necessary, a new round of litigation with our remaining patents. However, our strongly-held belief continues to be that justice and the law will prevail on appeal. Our preference will be to resolve fair terms for settlement with as much of the industry as possible at that time, but we are prepared to hold the line for another decade if need be.

Great, thank you! Yawn...
