These are rookie mistakes by the appellees and their crack legal teams. Maybe it is encouraging that the court clerk is reviewing this and it could mean they are prepping it so the judge can review it over the holidays. Nothing like snuggling up to a cozy fire with hundreds of pages of redundancy....
