Court Grants Motion

The motion is granted to the extent that the official caption is revised to indicate that Cantor Colburn is not an appellant in the appeal. The revised official caption is reflected above.

Kevin Kreisler Cares...

As some of you may recall, my longstanding opinion is Mr. Kreisler is a good guy. He cares about shareholders. He kept the company alive while putting up his own money and forgave loans. Mr. Kreisler is responsible for commercializing the single most important technology the industry has ever seen, corn oil extraction. It's proven to be the saving grace. Being very involved in the industry, I can say with certainty, many companies wouldn't be in business today without it.

Many pundits here have opined to the contrary. However, the blood is on the hands of the infringing companies. They caused the slide in the PPS and R/S' by stealing our patented technology.

KK cares about shareholders, he'll do what's right...

9 months ago, I lost my best friend. Lance, 39, was helping a complete stranger push a disabled vehicle off the road when he suddenly couldn't breath. The left side of his heart gave out, often referred to as a widow maker.

I posted the following on Skunk's blog anonymously (1st sentence is mine)...

"Lance Milligan was an investor and believed strongly in Greenshift's IP.

The Milligan family was struck with unimaginable tragedy on Sunday, March 26th. The youngest, Lance, 39, was having troubles breathing after helping someone with their car and lost consciousness and was unable to be resuscitated. He was a life long skateboarder, summited mountains in Colorado, was a talented artist, and was always ready for adventure. Most of all he was a man with a beautiful, compassionate soul who was greatly loved by friends and family. Please consider donating on behalf of this loving family as monies raised will be put toward funeral expenses. Please keep them in your prayers. "

The next morning, I awoke to find a very generous donation in the amount of $2,500 from non other than Kevin Kreisler.

See KK's donation on the bottom right of this page...

Forget about the stock, the company and the lawsuits. For KK to do something like that, as a person, it shows what a truly compassionate, generous, caring soul he really is. KK never knew Lance, only that he was an investor. Lance would've been absolutely blown away to know what the CEO of GreenShift did for his family. Ironically, Lance borrowed the money to invest from his parents, who are extremely grateful for KK's gracious donation. This also helped me deal with one of the most difficult times in my life.

So Mr. Kreisler, on behalf of the Milligan Family, and from the bottom of my heart... Thank You!!! Happy New Year to you and your family...

A touching story... As a conspiracy theorist, I sometimes wonder if Slash is actually Kevin. This story deepens the theory. If I am wrong I apologize, if I am right, big del since I think others believe this to be the case also.

Here is wishing everyone a great New Year and may those who stole from us get the fair due and may the patient shareholders that have supported this for so any years be rewarded. I m one of them... It hasn't been easy so let's get'r dun!

To be precise $151,541,946 as of November 15, 2016.No telling what has happened since then.

Accordingly, people relying on words written on May 17,2016 (more than a year and a half ago) about how BTZO shareholders are going to participate in (any) windfall to GERS are probably going to be very disappointed. So much has been happening behind the curtain/wall of silence since then. But, they can worry about themselves -- GERS' shareholders have no idea if they will participate.

Buyout $1-$10-$100?

If we get back to an all-time high with the share price, we are looking at about $150.00 per share, stocks splits not withstanding.

Keep in mind that their are relatively few shares outstanding. There has never been this much revenue potential so don't be surprised if this thing leap-frogs to a few dollars.

Word isn't even out to the masses yet. I think this has the potential for being one of the biggest stock stories of 2018. Shareholders were the donkeys on the way down so let's see what happens on the way up.

"... out to the masses ...". That may be the issue. We will learn that there is a settlement from that court filings; that will be public record. The details of the settlement may be confidential similar to what we have seen in the C&C inequitable conduct closure.

Given the described pugnacious nature of DVG it is a good bet that he will require severe limitations on how this will get "out to the masses". We have tried and failed to get the business trade journals interested in this story and have provided a great deal of references and factual information that would intrigue any independent journalist. I am afraid that Slashnuts may be correct; they are in the pocket of DVG and ICM. So this is an unlikely vehicle to accomplish the broadcasting "to the masses".

However, I have been told by legitimate authority that KK will be required to file an 8-K when the deal is done -- whenever that is, and if he ever files again. A settlement stipulation cannot trump a federal regulation. IF this occurs, hopefully, some market visibility will result.

Nice poll Skunk -- keeps people interested. I think folks are voting with their wallets (or gonads which ever is more important to them) not their heads.

Defendant Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy Contemplates License...

SIRE, who's majority owned and controlled by ICM, has modified their disclosure. They removed the statement, "cease oil production altogether" and replaced it with "or execute a license with GS CleanTech."

2014
"However, in the event that damages are awarded as a result of this Lawsuit and, if ICM is unable to fully indemnify the Company for any reason, the Company could be liable for such damages. In addition, the Company may need to cease use of its current oil separation process and seek out a replacement or cease oil production altogether."
