GERS Response

CleanTech is simply arguing that it is much more judicially efficient to add the ‘037 patent and ICM due to the Court’s history and experience with technical and legal issues involving the ‘037 patent. If the claims are not added to these lawsuits, they will only be refiled in new lawsuits that are likely to be joined with this MDL.

If you could spend patents we would be in great shape.

Edison had more than 1,500 patents world-wide (still a recorded) and he died a poor man.

This is the statement of Remsen Crawford, Edison biographer and close friend of the inventor.

Why?

Poor business decisions -- ring a bell?

So you can stop with all the patent ballyhoo -- by themselves they mean absolutely nothing!

And Dholy -- you are absolutely delusional -- describing scenarios, and there are many, that could cause GERS to file BK is not the same as saying they are going to file BK. Get with a literacy program; understand that any objective statement that doesn't massage your GERS/ADRN egos can cause you emotional distress. Try to put it aside when attempting to read what is written about GERS and baby GERS (ADRN).

Again clueless, of course patents are spendable.
We have never been in better shape then now.
Edison had better things to do then listening to Nobody, his richness was not measured in money.

Patents are not GERS to sell; they are collateral for the loans. The lack of knowledge here, in those who say that they have given KK their hard-earned money, is mind numbing. GERS no more "owns" the patents than does a home "owner" with a mortgage. Such prattle is not a substitute for responding to the hard questions.

Collateral for loans, there you go.
Is a loan spendable?

About 10 years ago they capitalized already a fraction with money from Nobody, he is still whining over it.

Dumpathon continues. According to OTC policy GERS will be eligible for de-listing by Labor Day.

New all-time low and large number of shares wanting to bail at 0.005. That ain't the cavalry you hear coming, it isn't even the sound of the printing presses starting to grind -- it is the galloping next R/S coming our way.

Seems like someone is very interested in de-listing, missing revenue, bankruptcy, patent stealing and reverse splits.
imagine you have no vested interest, yet you spend 11 years two hours a day one one single loser stock...... mind boggling. How are you ever going to make a profit in the stock market?

I read your missive as I am at the Four Seasons Manele Bay looking over the Kealaikahiki Channel towards Maui, preparing to leave for my third home in Pacific Grove CA. Answer your own question.

nobody,

want to get together for drinks? I am also in my home in Maui and heading for San Fran in a few. Need to make a meeting in Miami in a week though.

Nice to know there are a few sophisticated folks here versus the guy that cannot spell and spews garbage. And some others that do not have a clue where their underwear is.
