I dare them to say, "Duh we ain't extracting no there none of that corn oil" again!

Anonymous said...

who said that?

Slashnuts said...

Patent Infringing PEIX did. They told the court's the case should be dropped because they didn't extract corn oil. You see, that's the problem with legalizing pot in California. NK apparently "forgot" they publicly announced they were extracting oil.

The good judge didn't fall for it as their motion was denied.

Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$!$

Licensed VS Infringing Stock's
.

Patent Infringing producers like PEIX and AMTX are accumulating an ever increasing 3X, triple, treble liability damage award owed to GERS. Damages owed by just these two companies is already in the millions.

Take a look at the initial market response to PEIX's first original announcement in June, 2012. The chart looks like somebody pushed NK off a cliff.

PEIX has been cut in half since, GPRE has nearly tripled and started paying a dividend.

Likewise, Patent Infringing AMTX has tanked, while GERS' #2 largest customer ANDE has soared to new highs and increased their dividend.

You see, legally licensed producers like GPRE, ANDE, SXL, MPC etc. enjoy the highest yields in the industry. The top notch management of these companies focus on what they should be, running their business. Meanwhile, infringers suffer from low yields, expensive profit draining lawsuits, and most importantly, it distracts management from running their company.

Say no more as this chart comparison of GERS two largest customers VS the two "Cali-crooks" sais it all.

http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=GPRE+Interactive#symbol=gpre;range=2y;compare=ande+amtx+peix;indicator=volume;charttype=area;crosshair=on;ohlcvalues=0;logscale=off;source=undefined;

Long GPRE since $7, open market order for an additional 7.5M GERS.
Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$!$

Who's #3?

"During the nine months ended September 30, 2013 three customers each provided over 10% of our revenue; during the nine months ended September 30, 2012, three customers each provided over 10% of our revenue."

#1 GPRE
#2 ANDE/MPC
#3 ?

Who is this customer, the size and caliber of GPRE and ANDE/MPC that's been licensed since 2012 and provides over 10% of revenue?

To look at it another way, is the mystery licensee bigger than ANDE/MPC?

#1 GPRE
#2 ?
#3 ANDE/MPC

It's somebody big for sure, thoughts?

The degree of vitriol, flagrant disregard for civility, and extreme, personalized empathy for the perilous employment situation of GERS' employees speaks volumes about who is the "Anonymous" author of the above post. OK, Mr. Wizard you can come out from behind the curtain now. And thank you for that inside information about how close GERS' employees are to losing their jobs; i.e. how treacherously close GERS is to BK. That should be a warning to us all.

Head of NCGA "Corn Oil Extraction Was a Pipe Dream 3 Years Ago"

ICM and the defendants claim corn oil extraction was nothing new in 2004. That the only reason producers didn't extract it was because it wasn't economically viable at the time.

If that were true, why did the head of the National Corn Growers Association say it was a "pipe dream" just 3 years ago? "Now it's pretty mainstream."

If corn oil extraction was so obvious to ICM in 2005, why did they purchase systems and sign a non-disclosure confidentiality agreement with GreenShift?

GERS' legal team shredded every ounce of credibility to that hog wash of an excuse. This recent statement by the head of the NCGA is in-line with what GERS is telling the court's and at odds with the ICM BS machine.

"I think the biofuels industry is one of the most innovative industries that I am aware of in agriculture and probably anywhere else. There is innovation and change going on every day, and I think it happens so quickly that people have gotten immune to it and aren’t recognizing or giving out credit for the things that are happening. Take corn oil extraction, three years ago that was kind of a pipe dream, people were talking about it, and now it is pretty mainstream in the industry. That’s a pretty short time period for that to have happened."

ICM's failed argument's are patently false.

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Corn Oil Extraction at Dry Mills!

ADM pioneered front-end oil extraction at wet mills. GreenShift pioneered back-end extraction at dry mills.

This is the 1st confirmation I have seen that ADM has finally added corn oil extraction to their dry mills.

ADM is a very tight lipped company. It's hard to get any information out of them.

I found the following quote from an ADM investor presentation.

"Finally, ADM benefits from our ability to maximize the value of each bushel we process. Beyond corn oil extraction at our dry mills, which we began
last year, we are now working to create a high-value feed from the yeast used in ethanol production."

This was said in 2013 meaning they installed the technology in 2012. Could ADM be licensed? Now read this from GERS...

"During the nine months ended September 30, 2013 three customers each provided over 10% of our revenue; during the nine months ended September 30, 2012, three customers each provided over 10% of our revenue."

Is The SkunK correct in that "corn oil extraction" is code for a GreenShift licensee?

I'm not sure if they are licensed with GERS or not, they very well could be. They are one of the only companies the size of GPRE/ANDE, they added the technology in the correct time frame. Could ADM be the mystery licensee?

ADM's dry mills are roughly 700M gallons of capacity from just 3 plants. I can't help but wonder if ADM is #2.

Marathon Petroleum Executive to Headline NEC

An executive from MPC is set to headline this years National Ethanol Conference. MPC and ANDE are partners through a joint venture of ethanol plants with a total capacity of 330 MGY. These plants are licensed with GERS and extracting a record, industry leading, .91 pounds per bushel. MPC recently increased their position in these plants by $75M. The smallest plant, in Denison, Iowa, settled and licensed GERS' pioneering patents which was using Edeniq equipment.

A former ANDE executive, Dale Fallat, holds roughly 2.5% of GERS' common stock.

"Since DGS and extracted corn oil impact the agricultural markets, such inclusion was modeled as part of the FASOM and FAPRI modeling as already described in the feedstock production section above."

GreenShift,Marquis Energy

GreenShift Corporation has signed a licensing agreement with Marquis Energy - Wisconsin, LLC providing the use of GreenShift's patented corn oil extraction technologies at Marquis Energy's 50 million gpy ethanol plant in Necedah, WI.
This is GreenShift's second license deal with Marquis Energy, the first being for Marquis Energy, LLC's 110 million gpy ethanol facility in Hennepin, IL.
