An Omen?

Edward Carroll was just promoted to CEO.  The last time Edward Carroll was promoted - he was promoted to President.  Financing was announced very shortly thereafter.  Not saying something big is going happen this time.  Not saying it is not.

As the Skunk stated -- Just Saying ...
$0.0002 4,708,147 OTO 13:25:01
$0.0002 4,000,000 OTO 13:24:48
$0.0002 960,250 OTO 13:24:48
$0.0002 1,999,900 OTO 13:24:44
$0.0002 3,000,000 OTO 13:24:39

This sums to 14,668,297 shares.

From the Q2: As of August 14, 2013, there were 293,953,846 shares of common stock outstanding.

How many shares can YAGI hold? Max of five percent of last SEC filing.

Any one care to know what 14,668,297/0.05 is?
293,365,940.

What is YAGI required to do under terms of new financing? [Hint: It is in the agreement].

Drawing a road map is fun! Could be a map to Hades but sure is better than watching the rug get pulled-out from underneath us.

If that were even a remotely viable rumor the PPS would not be 0.0003 and the volume would not be zero.

Read the prospectus.
"We may also use a portion of the net proceeds to acquire or invest in complementary businesses, products and technologies."

Step 1 de-thrown KK complete.
Step 2 broker a deal before DF.

De-throne KK... perhaps?

Come on Nobody, your grammar is generally much better!

As a holder of common shares, I am no longer optimistic that they will be of any value in the future.

lmfao i hope someone pulls a rabbit out of a hat, but it seems like my investment of thousands of dollars got sucked into a black hole, sure the ones on the otherside made good use of it, enjoy!
I must say though hat's off as the company really has made progress, I'm glad that my contribution helped improve the ethanol industry and the United States of America, We The People!
