As of March 31, 2008, the Company (GERS) owed Candent Corporation $757,853 (the "Candent Note"). The former president of Candent is the wife of the Company's chairman. All of the issued and outstanding capital stock held by Candent is in trust for the benefit of its former president. Lawrence M. Kreisler - Lawrence is the sole owner of Serenity Capital, LLC. Built Kreisler Bags, then Kreisler Bags and Filters, then KBF Pollution Control Inc., then KBF Pollution Management Inc. After 1-20 R/S Sept2003 company was taken over by Veridium Corp in Oct2003, controlled by son Kevin. Resigned, effective December 31, 2003, as an officer and director of Veridium Corporation. Continued to work at Veridium's Paterson, New Jersey based recycling facility, that was designed on recycling technologies he invented. His employment was terminated in July 2004 due to irreconcilable philosophical differences in how to best operate and grow that facility. Bronze Parachute included: 100 percent of his salary of $150,000 through December 31, 2004 and 50 percent of his salary through December 31, 2006. Medical benefits until the age of 65. Lawrence is about 61 years old.
Scott Kreisler - Scott is the sole owner of Cyrus Capital, LLC. Brother of Kevin Kreisler, listed as a Beneficial Owner of Veridium Corporation on 4/2/2002 SEC filings. The 2005 annual report also says: "During 2005, Scott Kreisler, brother of Kevin Kreisler, received salaries of $72,700. Scott Kreisler no longer works for the Company." In February 2006, Cyrus Capital, LLC, purchased from GCS Investments $500,000 in convertible debt issuedby GS Clean Tech. During the period ended March 31, 2006, Cyrus effected conversions totaling $280,000, corresponding to 14,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. During the second quarter 2006 Cyrus effected additional conversions totaling $120,000 into a total of 6,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock.

She has been a director since March 1984. In January 1995, Ms. Kreisler became vice president, secretary and treasurer of Veridium Corporation. From 1979 to 1984, Ms. Kreisler was a principal in Kreisler Bags and Filtration, Inc., which name was subsequently changed to KBF Pollution Management, Inc. Ms. Kreisler is the wife of Lawrence Kreisler and is the mother of Kevin and Scott Kreisler. During 2005, Kathi Kreisler received salaries of $33,750. During December of 2005, Kathi Kreisler received 3,806,811 shares of the Company's common stock as a settlement of all severance liabilities.

Why is the performance of PEIX so important? Why not focus on GERS? What is so perverse about you that you enjoy the downfall of other shareholders? Is it that there is nothing good about GERS in terms of its market performance (PPS) that misery loves company?

Green Plains to Acquire Ethanol Plant in Atkinson, Nebraska
Thanks Cropdoc, this is great news!$!$!$ While other companies are distracted, wasting money defending against GERS' solid family of patents, GERS' #1 customer continues to expand/grow. They now have 10 ethanol plants with nearly 800 MGY of capacity. My formula estimates GPRE's newest purchase in Atkinson will add $25,000 per month in royaltys to GERS. It would be nice to get the equipment contract. I wonder how GPRE feels about ICM inducing other producers into infringing the patents they're licensed for? I say, give the construction contract to GERS.

OMAHA, Neb., June 3, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq:GPRE) announces today that it has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the membership interests of Choice Ethanol Holdings, LLC, the entity that owns the former NEDAK Ethanol, LLC ethanol plant located in Atkinson, Neb. and an ethanol storage and loading facility located approximately 15 miles east of the plant. The dry-mill ethanol plant will add approximately 50 million gallons of operating capacity to Green Plains' current annual production capacity of 740 million gallons.
"The acquisition of the plant in Atkinson expands our ethanol production platform and aligns with our ongoing strategy of growing our business and enhancing long-term shareholder value," said Todd Becker, Green Plains' President and Chief Executive Officer. "The plant meets our disciplined acquisition criteria and we have a deep understanding of this technology, size and geographic area. We believe we can rapidly improve the overall performance of this plant."
The ethanol plant utilizes Delta-T processing technology. The ethanol storage facility holds approximately 24,000 barrels of ethanol and is located on the BNSF rail line. Green Plains plans to staff and re-start the plant within the next four weeks. Once the transaction closes, the Company plans to begin installing corn oil extraction technology, which should be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. Completion of this transaction is subject to standard and customary closing conditions.
"NEDAK Ethanol LLC is a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, which was formed on December 15, 2003 for the purpose of constructing and operating an ethanol plant near Atkinson, Nebraska. As of December 2008, we have operated our ethanol plant on a 72-acre parcel of land which lies southeast of the City of Atkinson in North Central Nebraska. We consume approximately 19 million bushels of locally grown corn annually, produce approximately 51 million gallons of denatured fuel-grade ethanol, and approximately 410,000 tons of modified wet distillers grains for feed cattle annually. Our load out facility is 15 miles away in O’Neill, Nebraska located on the Nebraska Northeastern Railroad."

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Apple(AAPL.O) infringed upon a patent owned by South Korea's Samsung Electronics in making some iPhone and iPad models, the U.S. International Trade Commission said in a final decision issued on Tuesday.
The panel issued a limited exclusion order and a cease-and-desist order for AT&T(T.N) models of the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G.
