Here is some information on Dr. Steven R. Eckhoff and profile of Dr. Vijay Singh HERE
Their over 100 joint and singular peer reviewed publications go back to at least 1996. Obviously both research leaders in the corn ethanol industry.

Buried in a mound of distraction: There is a vast difference between the "Effective date of a Document; the date of "Preparation" and the date of "Delivery to the Addressees"!! Hope the wording is noticed and commented upon in the response! Until it is received, I would consider it properly described as a "Draft" and therefore without any legal meaning. They are still trying to straddle the gap about when the Test Agreement with Adkins was "Drafted" and then "Delivered" and giving no credit to the Period when the Oil Extraction Process was extensively tested in operation by Winsness.
