I am the SkunKhunter. I hunt down SkunK stocks. Those are stocks that have been beat down past any reasonable justification. I try to ride the stock up as market forces eventually right the ship of PPS. A SkunK is not a herd animal. He is a scavenger who knows that arriving before the herd means big profits and clean shoes. This is the journey of the GreenShift Corporation. Updated weekly between COB Friday and Sunday evening. Wonder what % royalty fagen got away with?
fagen settled your next icm
You are assuming that GERS does not have to pay damages for unlawfully preventing Fagen from producing corn oil.
GiGaNtIc BiD
AND YOU ARE ASSUMING THEY DO
unlawfully preventing Fagen from producing corn oil? AND you made that up all by your self>???
SETTLEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you read Fagen's pleadings?
After that GREAT SETTLEMENT news you can now buy 4.167 shares per penny or if you prefer, paper your house with 417 shares per dollar.
No more DILUTION? I guess this was just an erroneous shadow:
$0.0021 1,792,500 OTO 15:19:28
__________ is assuming this was not a win but in any event, its less litigation expense moving forward.
gnaw on that, dumb ass.
Your assuming that the settlement does not require cash from GERS, that could easily make the short-term litigation fees look minor. Check the cash on hand in the Q2 filing.
no way
Another belief that awaits verification.
accepting debt that exceeds the cost of defending it = dumb ass.
