This has no feet to walk on. Bran & Luebe have been selling multihead blending pumps for decades. This is obvious to anyone in the arts and is just another attempt to take known technology and apply it to a different industry and claim it is unique. Damn, I guess I could patent lighting an ally with a light bulb and that is patentable versus lighting an avenue with a light bulb. GERS Dreaming All The Way.

Good attempt on busting hexane extraction of DDGS. However, all the vegetable oil you consume and all the frying fat you utilize has been extracted by this method. So go roll up in a corner and die.

NOT IN A VOLATILIZED CAPACITY THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR DDGS. THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTROL OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKER EXPOSURE WOULD BE SIGNIFICANT.

Anonymous said...

Two things. hexane is expenxive and if you leave the oil in, it costs too much drying ddgs. The gers way saves power and money.

Nobody,

Hexane is used everywhere vegetable oil is produced and air permits are easily written. There are no regulations for worker safety around hexane other than do not drink it. It is just like gasoline you put in your car everyday and breath the fumes.

When thomas edison ran electriocity from one spot to another, it had been done for decades. His idea was to run it across a filament in a vacumm. It glowed.

It was not a new idea. He only made it practical and cost effective. The light bulb patent changed the world.

Greenshift did the same for corn oil and the ethanol industry. They did not invent the centrifuge nor did they claim to. It is a process patent.

Their patent was the first to make the extration of corn oil pratical and cost effective on the other side of the distillers process.

ICM and the others have NEVER claimed they invented the process. Nor that they had the process before greenshift invented it. They just do not want to pay for it.

Luckily we have a court system used to dealing with horse thieves and bullies.

But, alas, no debtor's prisons -- a toothless solution you might say.

Anonymous said...

The term "debtor's prison" in modern times still refers to the continued practice of imprisoning citizens for debts with more than a third of U.S. states allowing debtors to be jailed for non payment.

Anonymous said...

A year long study released in 2010 of fifteen states with the highest prison populations by the Brennan Center for Justice, found that all fifteen states sampled have jurisdictions that arrest people for failing to pay debt or appear at debt related hearings.

Anonymous said...

Many offenders now serve multiple sentences because they cannot afford to pay. They often face another physical sentence, or as they struggle to make payments, they may suffer a host of collateral consequences that create barriers to re-entering society and raise the specter of re-imprisonment.

Anonymous said...

To what extent a debtor will actually be prosecuted varies from state to state.

They borrowed money they could not afford to pay back.

The government forced the banks to make loans to people who could not afford to pay it back.

They got the money, spent it irresponsibly and now they cannot pay it back.

10 signs for spotting a sociopath

#1) Sociopaths are charming. Sociopaths have high charisma and tend to attract a following just because people want to be around them. They have a "glow" about them that attracts people who typically seek guidance or direction. They often appear to be sexy or have a strong sexual attraction. Not all sexy people are sociopaths, obviously, but watch out for over-the-top sexual appetites and weird fetishes.

#2) Sociopaths are more spontaneous and intense than other people. They tend to do bizarre, sometimes erratic things that most regular people wouldn't do. They are unbound by normal social contracts. Their behavior often seems irrational or extremely risky.

#3) Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions. This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought. They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others. This is why you will find many very "successful" sociopaths in high levels of government, in any nation.

#4) Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. They wildly exaggerate things to the point of absurdity, but when they describe it to you in a storytelling format, for some reason it sounds believable at the time.

#5) Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.

#6) Sociopaths tend to be highly intelligent, but they use their brainpower to deceive others rather than empower them. Their high IQs often makes them dangerous. This is why many of the best-known serial killers who successfully evaded law enforcement were sociopaths.

#7) Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving. They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don't actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.

#8) Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running "stream of consciousness" monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets. As a great example of this in action, watch this interview of Charles Manson on YouTube.

#9) Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

#10) Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it! Charles Manson, the sociopathic murderer, is famous for saying, "I've never killed anyone! I don't need to kill anyone! I THINK it! I have it HERE! (Pointing to his temple.) I don't need to live in this physical realm..."

investor blogs are a great source of information for the validation of a doctoral thesis.

HOW DID DW PATENT WATER?

Skribe said...

From my investor point of view I'm waiting for long term gains, plain and simple. I started buy and hold in summer 10' and still like most longs are in the red. The tech and patents, signing of many licensees, etc.. look very lucrative to me, why I invested. Now if management could just keep operational costs down and run the business at profitability to allocate profits for shareholder gains. Looking back history the company has received astronomical amounts from sale of stock and loans like YAGI so no doubt they have been given the funding needed to create. My seeds are still in the soil and I keep adding more when I can but I've already spent most of what I had, the seed still have not yet sprouted yet I still believe in the team that I invested in. I see the obstacles and I've given my support, morally, spiritually and financially.
It seems difficult to predict the revenue or profit and have thought they should have been higher by now judging by the amount of licensees, yet I think it might be the price the licensees are getting from the corn oil market which must be subject to value, supply and demand. That market I know is flooding with oil coming from alleged infringers who produce and sell oil, which is created by processes that are within GERS patents. That market saturation, supply must be bringing the price down. In my opinion there should be enough evidence to shut infringers down and force settlements as the continued courtroom drag seriously jeopardizes the continued viability of GreenShift and it's investors. If justice is too slow and the company sees continued losses, thus investor losses, then it's not justice to me.
It's been more than a couple years since the litigations began. GreenShift has the patents, strong patents. On this blog I noticed you have not updated the info on Mr. Kreislers age yet see on Yahoo's business info they have, but I also noticed an increase in their salary, which I see as a positive sign? Kreisler at $219K, Ed Carroll at $273K, now I'm not totally updated with all info, but wasn't Kevin getting $66K before? So from my investor point of view this tells me they must see a growth in value coming as they have given themselves pay raises, but still the company is not yet reporting consistent profit and long shareholders are still in the red, and I'm saying long investors not traders. I'm not a flipper I invested for long term but not forever as I want to eventually be able to sell some of my stock at gains to spend elsewhere, the goal of investing. Profitability and allocation of such to ensure growth in corporate value is the bottom line to growth in shareholder value. I think I traded some REIT's before and If I remember right all profit went straight to shareholder's as quarterly dividends. Not the same as here but still another part of the what's happening in the business and finance world. Ok enough for now. Over and out.

Mosquito? More like the (lowT)tsetse fly.

tsetse fly (genus Glossina), any member of a genus of bloodsucking flies in the housefly family, Muscidae (order Diptera), that occur only in Africa and transmit sleeping sickness in humans. They readily feed on the blood of humans, domestic animals, and wild game. The widespread presence of the tsetse has inhibited human settlement and agriculture in large areas of sub-Saharan Africa.

You ain't a penny flipper if you sell what you bought for 100% profit. You are a nut when you call other people names for doing there thing in the stock market. For example this statement from an "investor" already 8 years on IHUB
