If they never extract another oz of corn oil in the future, payment for previous infringment will make us rich.

But future of corn oil is long and strong

Where is all that money going to come from? Most of the companies, including ICM, are not doing well and have less reserve cash by the day. Is GERS going to go into the ethanol manufacturing business and take over these companies?

They certainly have the capability.

They were already in the business. Or have you forgotten the YAGL corn oil deal?

I work in the industry with several of the plants that are a part of the litigation. They are bleeding cash right now to the tune of $1-2 million a month. None of them have the cash to pay for back penalties and will likely just close their doors and reopen under a new entity.
I don't know any ethanol plant that is staying in the black right now and unless fuel prices rise or corn prices drop more and more will be closing in the next few months.

probably will want an asset grab to make gers whole again...

I love hearing the other side grasping for straws. Fighting a losing battle and dragging it out making the payout even bigger I m sure liquidating all of the plants will pay off our debt and then some

Nobody thinks the GERS team is spending $50,000 a month to win nothing. Must have got that from the "body language". Hahahaha

Liquidating the infringers would take capacity offline strengthening the rest of the legal survivors. Paybacks a bitch. What goes around comes around.

GERS technology and management employees could not manage a peanut farm, much less an ethanol plant. Did you say several ethanol plants? what a laugh. GERS would need to hire people with brains to make that work.
