New COES Patent/update

GreenShift recently released information in a PR - that they received a Notification of Allowance for another corn oil extraction patent. Here is an update. On the 19th they received Issue Notification. On the 9th of October 2012 GreenShift will be issued Corn Oil Patent number 8283484. Amaizingly, the recent case management order HERE has a 1 October deadline for adding issued patents. According to my calculus, GreenShift has an additional 4 COES patent applications and 2 advanced COES patent applications in various stages of active progress. NONE of these six are on the brink of allowance and I would be surprised if we get any more before the new year. So will the court allow a single patent to be added that is already been given a date of Issue? - Yet has not actually issued before its arbitrary deadline of 1 October? Surely the court has to have a cut off date(I know - don't call me Shirley). Yet, if they strictly adhere to the 1st of October, they will be handing GERS a valid instrument of appeal. See Here SkunK

SkunK, do we know if GERS actually motioned for summary judgement on or before September 15th? Their deadline?

nobody12378 said...

Skunk,

you are implying that you think that GERS could lose the case, based on what?

Anonymous said...

desperate dipchit^

Anonymous said...

Nobody, what the hell are you talking about?

YOU are the ONLY one ever "implying" pessimistic b.s. like that!

nobody12378 said...

Bozos,

1) I have never stated that they will lose the instant case, only that an appeal might not go in their favor; what do I have to do, teach the Bozos how to read?
2) Why would GERS need a "valid instrument of appeal", if they win the instant case? Bozos, read his words, if you can: "Yet, if they strictly adhere to the 1st of October, they will be handing GERS a valid instrument of appeal."

The level of reading comprehension here is appalling, embarrassing, and a sad commentary on the American education system.

Chrysler is going a decidedly different route than Ford and GM when it comes to meeting upcoming fuel economy standards. Instead of focusing on hybrid and electric car technology, Chrysler is working to brING diesel engines to the American market. And according to a recent patent filing, the diesel engines will be marketed under the “EcoDiesel”

Anonymous said...

it’s beginning to look like diesel engines will play a large role in Chrysler’s lineup, starting with a 3.0 liter turbodiesel that will debut in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Hence the “EcoDiesel 3.0

Americans are warming up to diesel engines in light of higher gas prices, and Chrysler could hit its stride if rumors of a 33 mpg Jeep Grand Cherokee

GreenShift Corporation (GERS) today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) issued another new Notice of Allowance covering GreenShift’s corn oil extraction processes, this time for patent application number 13/107,197 titled “Method of Processing Ethanol Byproducts and Related Subsystems”

Anonymous said...

“We are very excited by the addition of this patent to our portfolio, and we look forward to the continued delivery of success-driven services, best-in-class systems, improved profitability, and continued innovations to our licensees.”

Anonymous said...

“The value of corn oil extraction can mean the difference between lights-on or lights-off for an ethanol facility,”

Anonymous said...

GreenShift Corporation develops and commercializes clean technologies designed to address the financial and environmental needs of GreenShift’s clients by decreasing raw material needs, facilitating co-product reuse, and reducing the generation of wastes and emissions.

Anonymous said...

Our plan to achieve this goal is based on the extraction, beneficiation and refining of biomass-derived co-products that create value-added renewable energy production opportunities capable of shaving meaningful amounts of carbon and cost off of existing liquid fuel supply chains.

Anonymous said...

We have invented, developed and commercialized powerful new cleantech that enables us to drill into the back-end of first generation corn ethanol plants to tap into a proven reserve of inedible crude corn oil with an output exceeding 20 million barrels per year. This corn oil is an extraordinarily valuable second generation feedstock for use in the production of biodiesel and renewable diesel, advanced carbon-neutral liquid fuels.

Anonymous said...

GreenShift Corp. and its subsidiary, GS CleanTech Corp., are suing 15 ethanol plants in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota for allegedly infringing on its patented corn oil extraction technology.

Anonymous said...

GreenShift technology performs far beyond that of the ICM systems; and the thieves who attempted to steal from GreenShift should be held accountable, as well as their customers who continue to profit from the exploited systems.

Loyd said...

Adkins thinks they got the patent licensed? I don't think so. Not if GS says they don't. They wish. It's telling they think they have a license. I thought they thought the patents were void?

Anonymous said...

If there is an outstanding patent and the company is already performing based on that patent, all these other companies defense will be shot down without much ado. May be the Ethanol plants should just settle the case, since in the end the technology company (ICM, et all) do not stand to lose a lot compared to their customers.

Anonymous said...

Yea good point Loyd why do they want an invalid patent license.

Anonymous said...

GreenShift Corporation [[GERS.OB]] announced that it received Notices of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its proprietary corn oil extraction technologies. The technology makes it possible to produce advanced biofuel from inedible corn oil – a previously untapped biodiesel resulting from corn ethanol production.

Anonymous said...

Unlike many other biofuels, GreenShift’s corn oil extraction technologies are widely considered to be the quickest path for margin improvement for existing corn ethanol producers. It is capable of extracting more than 6.5 gallons of previously unrecovered crude corn oil from every 100 gallons of ethanol produced, which equates to a 7% increase in production with little added cost.

Anonymous said...

In the end, GreenShift is one of the few alternative energy providers with a strong patented technology and a revenue model fit for a public company. If successful in its rollout, this technology could help the company become a major player very quickly. As a result, GreenShift Corporation is one stock that OTC investors will want to keep an eye on!

Anonymous said...

GreenShift believes that the allowance of the new patent by the USPTO is further substantial confirmation of the validity of GreenShift’s patents, and significantly increases the strength of GreenShift’s legal position in asserting its claims of infringement of its corn oil extraction patents.

Anonymous said...

GreenShift’s patented extraction technologies are proven to deliver increased profit, reduced energy costs, a smaller carbon footprint, and lower risks to licensed ethanol producers

Anonymous said...

GreenShift intends to take all necessary steps to bring infringement of its patents to an end, including filing additional lawsuits at the appropriate time.

Anonymous said...

Cleantech filed for summary judgment 9-14!! TO THE MOOOOON!!

holy s#$t what hahahahahahahah

Let's see if all this "good news" translates into any interest in buying the stock by the newbies that are showing up to shout " ... to the moon".
