The defends are clearly grasping at straws, trying to rehash past arguments that they lost. They are making a farce of the system, and i would not be surprised if the judge ruled in gers ' favor sooner. It 's almost comical.....glta longs

Are you saying YEARS from now we will have gone from 0.007 to 0.195? Not bad if you bought a million shares at 0.007.

The defendants argument sounds like it was written by one of our little yahoo pests. Repeatedly calling Winsness a "sham", "sham", "sham".

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

GreenShift Corporation (GERS) today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) issued another new Notice of Allowance covering GreenShift’s corn oil extraction processes, this time for patent application number 13/107,197 titled “Method of Processing Ethanol Byproducts and Related Subsystems” (the “197 Application”).

“GreenShift has pledged to protect the competitive advantage of its licensees,” said David Winsness, GreenShift’s Chief Technology Officer. “This is the 14th notice of allowance for GreenShift’s pioneering corn oil extraction technology, and it is another vital weapon in our fight against the unlawful use of our intellectual property.”

GreenShift’s patents have undergone a continuing and exhaustive review by the USPTO. Critically, the ‘197 Application was allowed after the USPTO reviewed all of the relevant materials submitted by the defendants in GreenShift’s current infringement litigation.

“We are very excited by the addition of this patent to our portfolio, and we look forward to the continued delivery of success-driven services, best-in-class systems, improved profitability, and continued innovations to our licensees.”

“The value of corn oil extraction can mean the difference between lights-on or lights-off for an ethanol facility,” added Winsness. “The technology generally adds 20 to 35 cents per bushel to a producer’s bottom line. That is a tremendous benefit, but it is also a tremendous risk – especially to the mangers, officers and board members of producers and other entities that willfully infringe or induce others to infringe.”

And all that did was generate a sell-off.

pps unchanged no sell off

Look at the BID bozo. If the news was so good why the drop in BID? We have seen these reassessments of existing patents before -- they do nothing to bolster the PPS -- nothing.

Why does it matter how many shares I bought? That was the price I paid and the price I sold. Why do you criticize at all? Why even comment? I made nice money on the investment. I think the investment with gers will have an even better return. Yes I said YEARS!! Siri was a 2-3 yr invest. GERS might be a 5-10 yr invest. I'm okay with that. I knew that when I bought in. I see your posts on I-hub when I worry enough to check in. That's about hardly ever. Do your DD and believe in your invest or spend foolishly and monitor the boards. Which one are you?

I just ent to ihub and checked the last couple weeks. It looks like I could go back for months or years. Clearly you are not happy with your invest. You have been losing money for sometime. Now I understand your negative response to a positive post. I guess all I can say is "Sucks To Be You"!!

The questions I have for you are:
How old are you?
When did you start investing?
When did you expect this stock to take off?

My guess:
Your prob into the golden years
Prob like 8 yrs ago
Prob like 6 yrs ago!!!!

Don't expect to make the real money here until at east 2 more yrs from now. This is a grand buying op for at least another 6-12 months. Then we get rich!!
Nobody /236523 your an idiot!!
