14th NOA

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sep 10, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GreenShift Corporation (otcqb:GERS) today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") issued another new Notice of Allowance covering GreenShift's corn oil extraction processes, this time for patent application number 13/107,197 titled "Method of Processing Ethanol Byproducts and Related Subsystems" (the "197 Application").

GreenShift's patents have undergone a continuing and exhaustive review by the USPTO. Critically, the '197 Application was allowed after the USPTO reviewed all of the relevant materials submitted by the defendants in GreenShift's current infringement litigation.

Can anyone think of a reason why we wouldn't win this case? I sure can't.

Don't worry nobody can tell you why we will lose an appeal and it will take years and blah blah blah blah blah bullshit

If the news is so great why the million share sell-off? Was this a classic pump and dump? Did the company issue the PR and then flood the market with shares hoping to capitalize?

Anonymous said...

Get your math right, Panic Man. 600,000 sell vs 400,000 buy, so far.

Anonymous said...

a sell off? the pps is unchanged

Anonymous said...

Don't worry about it. Just our daily "everything is terrible" poster trying to start a panic (as usual).

nobody123789 said...

Look at the BID bozo. I ask again if the news if so good why has the BID collapsed?

More of the same....

i pumped and dumped his mom then sold her off

nobody123789 said...

Where did the "demand" for 600,00 shares this morning come from? What "interest" allowed those shares to dilute the OS share count without massively dropping the PPS? Use your heads folks! Do you really think the two events were coincidental? They have hotels for you in Las Vegas, or perhaps in Barnum & Bailey's world.

vegas hotel is where i pumped your mom

"Sell-off" theory didn't pan out so he changed it to "pump and dump". Next we'll be hearing how the "stock fairies" are mad and they're the reason for so many shares traded.

nobody123789 said...

Now do you see bozos -- again called before it happened!

by techguess said...

definite dilution....and price action says the absorption(buying) eg acumulation is laging the supply(dilution)...so price down not any magic to it...

sucks, but it hopefully is positioning by an operator and will support price...again i worry most about the .007 low breaking with volume...that is horrible...and a sell signal..glta

As I said last week a great buying opportunity as we head for the end of the week. Stated, called, and now verified.

No toxic retorts? Are people finally starting to see beyond their hopes and wishes?

Just tired of all your bs and hoping you'll get tired of posting with no replies.

B.S. down 34% on huge volume the morning of extraordinary news? Do you know the meaning of delusional? That is accepting B.S. as reality.

by techguess said...

get used to it...a low float and non institutional backed stock with a bright future..(that is the bet),,,,its price action will feel unbarable...that is it will be volatile...get used to it...take some profits along the way...YOU WILL NOT GET THE TOP...

“Our corn-oil production process is operating very well; but,
we’re always trying new ways to make our production processes
even more efficient,” noted Dan Shickles, assistant manager. “It’s
this continued effort that’s helped us maintain stability in the wavy
economic conditions of the ethanol industry.” United Ethanol
is currently performing trials using different rates of emulsion
breaker at different addition points -- looking for opportunities to
maximize corn-oil output."

"Through the fi rst half of 2012, United Ethanol

Advanced BioEnergy 10Q

"Corn oil is produced by processing evaporated thin stillage through a disk stack style centrifuge. Corn oil has a lower density than water or solids that make up the syrup. The centrifuges separate the relatively light oil from the heavier components of the syrup, eliminating the need for significant retention time. De-oiled syrup is returned to the process for blending into wet, modified, or dry distillers grains. The corn oil is then pumped into storage tanks before being loaded onto trucks for sale."

BIOF Surges As Insider Increases Holdings

BIOF has the best corn oil extraction technology. No wonder Mr. Einhorn increased his position. I'm sure he's well aware of what GERS' technology is doing for BIOF. Remember, despite the noise, Cargill is one of BIOF's largest shareholders.

David Einhorn’s Greenlight Capital, has just filed a form 13D with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Einhorn has increased his holding in BioFuel Energy Corp. (NASDAQ:BIOF). This is not a new stock for Greenlight Capital. David Einhorn, through Greenlight Capital and other investment vehicles, ‘now holds around 36.2% of the company.

Daniel Loeb’s Third Point LLC is the second largest holder, with just under 19% of outstanding shares held. Dan Loeb just purchased 34,691 additional shares of the firm on August 3oth 2012.

BioFuel Energy Corp. (NASDAQ:BIOF) is a very small company, with a market capitalization of only $19 million. The shares of BIOF closed today at $3.00 a share. After hours, shares of the company are up 18.33% on news of Einhorn’s increased stake. There are approximately 23 million shares outstanding for the Denver, CO, based small cap company, after a recent reverse stock split.

David Einhorn, who is the company’s largest shareholder, acquired more stake in the company, after buying additional shares through Greenlight Capital’s six different investment vehicles.

These in total, garnered David Einhorn some 69,382 shares according to the latest filing, and at a price of $3.00 per share, this addition is worth approximately, $208,146, or about 1% of the company’s market cap.

The company’s holding in BioFuel Energy does not give individuals the right of voting or disposition, but rather a shared voting and dispositive power.

A Spokesperson for Greenlight Capital declined to comment on the matter.

Shares of BIOF were up over 18% in after market trading at the time of this writing.

Slashnuts said...

Leibert,

ICM said a letter which was written by a GERS inventor, invalidated the patents. GERS said this letter was not signed and under an experimental non-disclosure agreement.

The patent office looked at the information and agreed with GERS. This patent is now being added to the case despite the defendents fighting tooth and nail to stop it.

Sorry, boys and girls. Use the data available from I-Hub site, "Data Tools", then "Trades". You will find the following trades lower than the BID at the time of the trade:
170,867; 100,000; 250,000; 45,571; 75,000; 300,000; 150,000; which totals 1,091,438. These are discounted shares and they are usually paired with other trades at the BID total (to make the composite discount) that cannot be distinguished with these data. This is the hall mark of dilution that several of us have been following for more than a year, that I described here last Friday. I stated that we should look to see if the pattern continued. Yes, the dilution flare has been re lit. Net result is that about 2 million of the 3 million "sells' were dilution shares. There is no getting around this fact.

ANDE Increases Grain Storage Capacity To 113 Million Bushels

I'm glad to see one of GERS' largest customers diversifing and investing in their future in Nebraska. Remember, ANDE recently bought out an infringer, Amaizing Energy of Iowa. ANDE's plants have GERS patented COES, including two that are partly owned by Marathon Petroleum Corporation(MPC).

PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (ANDE) announces its newly constructed 3.8 million bushel elevator in Custer County will be open for the 2012 harvest.

"Opening the largest elevator in Custer County, with both train and truck loading capabilities, puts us in a great position to serve the local agricultural community," says CEO Mike Anderson. "While we realize this year's crop is challenged due to the drought, we believe the accessibility we provide to a variety of outlets, as well as our many services will provide added value to area farmers during this year and well into the future."

This is the first elevator The Andersons has constructed in Nebraska and is located on the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railway.

Dawn Betancourt, Vice President for the Grain Group's Western Region, adds: "We have been fortunate to develop good working relationships with community leaders and residents in this area. We look forward to a future that strengthens both this progressive agricultural community as well as our company's position in Nebraska."

With the addition of this elevator located near the communities of Anselmo and Broken Bow, The Andersons Grain Group now has capacity of nearly 113 million bushels throughout Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Nebraska.

About The Andersons, Inc.

The Andersons, Inc. is a diversified company rooted in agriculture. Founded in Maumee, Ohio, in 1947, the company conducts business across North America in the grain, ethanol, and plant nutrient sectors, railcar leasing, turf and cob products, and consumer retailing.
