  1. mild dilition today...68,000 shares have traded....and the 60 minute bars show a total of a bout 144,000 shares intraday...that is only 76,000 fresh shares released...and the market absorbed the supply nicely...

  3. What if the fifty million mystery shares are reserved for a large institutional investor? Is it possible that the company has found financing?

  4. WTF! An advertisement? Somebody take a jab at Nobody. At least his comments are about this stock!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Well thought out comments I might add.

    ReplyDelete
  6. That's obvious. One can't constuct that much BS on a whim.

  7. I need more shares. Profitable penny stocks are few and far between.

  18. how do you determine dilution occuring or not...i assume dilution when i see this...

i look at the daily volume on my gers chart...then i open up the chart to the the hourly chart....then i add the volume together that occurs in each hour bar....then, simply see more shares occuring in the hourly subtotals....the amount that it exceeds the daily trading volume are the shares injected via dilution and not traded...

    how else?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Tech,

I would like your opinion on the 20-100 Day MACD Oscillator and the 50 Day Parabolic Time/Series Indicator.

I hope that you see something that I do not. To my eyes they suck!

    ReplyDelete
  20. neilbody playing with himself again^

    ReplyDelete
  21. nobody12378 i will over the next hour.....i do not use the parabolic time series....it just measures moves that are too fast and then reverse....

can some one kindly tell me how they know if dilution occurs beyond my counting method...

    ReplyDelete
  22. on daily all looks good...the .007 low to recent high had an exact .786 fibonocci retracement on much lighter volume...

the 12.26.9 macd has confirmed the 14,3,3,1 slow stochastic buy signal....on the pullback the macd deflected postively and the slow stoch is diverging poitively with price...that gaing momentum...

the past two days price has closed above the 9 day ema...this is very positive...that is all i see daily..

on weekly the slow stochastic the fast moving average is above slow and is over 20% and is a technical unconfirmed buy signal..

  25. about 100,000 dilution by my count...60 minute bars total over 200,000 shares today...but the daily volume is listed as about 100,000 traded...so, the difference between traded and shares posted is the dilution amount..
so, i do not get the rally cties about end of dilution...

the previos .786 finonacci retracement is being re-test on much less volume ....technicals look lousey....it must hold here or the lows get a revisit minimally..

    ReplyDelete
  26. possible Gartley buy signal formed today...this is very bullish...we need confirmation with price and volume..glta

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hey nice purchase after close .026

    ReplyDelete
  28. Absolutely! Only down 74% post R/S. With success like these who needs a court victory, or new financing?

    ReplyDelete
  29. good morning lipfake^

    ReplyDelete
  30. if this Gartley buy pattern is playing out as it appears...higher price is in store....
i see trading volume around 45,000 with total shares at 70,000...so by my method i calculate about 25,000 shares extra, that is,the diluted shares not yet traded....

  40. Up a half a penny on 68K shares. Doesn't take much to make some people giddy. Proclaim to the world that the dastardly shorters should run for cover? I guess it is all relative to what they have been experiencing. Wonder what will happen if it is down tomorrow; will some of the bravado be gone? Heck, many of us have more than 68K shares rolling around in our sock drawer.

  49. would some one please volunteer how they determine dilution is over...when i calculate the hourly bars volume against daily shares traded....well, it shows daily bleeding in of untraded shares...those are fresh shares, eg dilution...

every day i see fewer daily chart shares traded than appear in the hourly volume bars....

    ReplyDelete
  50. the chart shows accumulation in spite of the ongoing dilution with fresh shares....
the 9ema is higher than the 18ema and the 20 ema....this is clear price strength...also price is just over the 9ema....also the 18ema price is curling up a tiny bit...glta

    ReplyDelete
  51. my dilution calculation..

daily trading volume is 36,880 as i print this

adding up 60 minute intraday bays shows a total of 73,760 shares...

    so; 73,760 - 36,880 = 36,880 fresh diluting shares...

so it appears that the company policy is to print new shares to exactly match the older alreaady trading shares...i see this pattern daily ....

if this dilution did end the price would soar with the right fundemental news and a cessation of dilution

    glta

  52. My estimate based on the the previous two quarters was a factor of 2.3, not 2.0 as you are finding now. I was off on the OS, basic (my estimate too high), but I was also terribly low if you consider the OS, fully diluted. Therefore, I am not sure what the best algorithm is for estimating the dilution prior to the SEC filings. All I know is the "stuff" is going on and it is difficult to consistently predict.

    ReplyDelete
  53. ... or you're just wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  54. over at i-hub many contributors are screaming that dilution has ended....but, just simle aritmetic says just the opposite...why are people shouting such a simple untrue item...i really cannot understand..

please just add the volume occuring during the 60 minute bars and see how much less the daily traded volume is...that difference equals the injection the the new fresh untraded shares...that is dilution...

let us not argue over such a silly thing..of course there is dilution...so what...

  66. i dont post at i-hub...never registered...but it is not true that dilution ended...it happens each day...currently it the daily vlume is 35,000 thenit means 70,000 shares have been entered intraday...ineffect 35,000 traded and 35,000 fresh shares not traded...but lately absorbed by the market buyers....

just half are traded and half are one sided buys of new shares...
