  1. on the 15 min. chart i show 480,000 shares which exceeds the daily volume of 277,000 shares...so the company must have dumped shares into the market,,,,

  2. so nobody12378,
    using that formulae....just a 10 p/e gives a price of 6.4!

    10p/e X .64 year earnings = 6.4price

    what is the disconnect folks??!!?

could be getting real close here!!!

  4. Why nobody if we win the case you ll just find some way to make it bad for us

    ReplyDelete
  5. How can I make something bad that is good? Am I magician, or the G'd of Wall Street? I think not! I can just call it like it is -- you know what they say; it is what it is.

  6. read the proposed case management schedule

  7. Good call, I did not see that in the Skunk list when first blogged.

  8. GERS: Motion For Summary Judgement, No Trial Needed!

This thing could be over much quicker than most people thought.

"A procedural device used during civil litigation to promptly and expeditiously dispose of a case without a trial. It is used when there is no dispute as to the material facts of the case and a party is entitled to judgment as a Matter of Law."

"The purpose of summary judgment is to avoid unnecessary trials. It may also simplify a trial, as when partial summary judgment dispenses with certain issues or claims. For example, a court might grant partial summary judgment in a personal injury case on the issue of liability. A trial would still be necessary to determine the amount of damages."

"The pleading procedures are extremely technical and complicated, and are particularly dangerous to the party against whom the motion is made."

  12. i see nothing really that should implicate nobody12378 as hostile to gers.....he says he will change when the evidence does...as a technician i can agree....this thing is not showing anything strong on the chart...i repeat if the .007 recent daily low fails to hold on price....what ever the reason, watch out below...

now are you all going to slam me?....any chartist would agree and no chartist would buy this thing yet...someday maybe..imho and glta longs!

  13. I don't need a chart to see that your a tool techguess

    ReplyDelete
  14. this is not a stock for technical analysis. not yet. .007 means nothing. if it fails a now low will be the result. so whats new. look at the chart for the last 10? years, it's down, down, down.
at .001 a new resplit will happen. but i dont think this time it will happen...

litigation is the main issue. if we are victorious, debt will be past and revenues ramp up... as well as the stockprice. then you may have success with your technical analysis...

  17. techguess,

It won't be long until nobody will assign you to either the Chorus or the Cadets. Don't feel bad--he thinks we are all below him intellectually. Just keep doing what you're doing and forget the nobody side show.

  20. Hopefully we have another ho hum dilution free day; they are quite refreshing.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Let's start the ball rolling here. Since there is no volume and no corresponding dilution there must be something up. It is clear that this a preamble to a major announcement of GERS finding a new sugar daddy, I mean obtaining new non-toxic financing. What else could virtually no trades for a day mean? SOMETHING IS UP! It is fun being a cadet for a while. Replace new financing with a PEIX signing and you too can have the same fun, consuming no energy or employing no facts.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Actually, we had quite a few of them last quarter as well...you're the one who kept labeling everything as "dilution"!

    ReplyDelete
  23. i bet neil diluted all over your face last few days

    ReplyDelete
  24. Anony 8;51, you are incorrect if you consider the true dilution which is measured by the FULLY DILUTED number of shares which is in excess of 90 million.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Neil fully diluted on your face

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm talking about ACTUAL, DAILY dilution that you could "set your clock by", not the figure at the end of the quarter which may, or may not happen in the future! Those warrents may never be sold if things turn around. Just can't stand it that you were WRONG, can you? What a jerk!

    ReplyDelete
  27. " ... may never be sold if things turn around ... " Take a look at what Yahoo and other financial sites are using for the base calculation of the PPS -- and you assume that money derived from improving GERS business will go to mitigate the warrants and to other shares used as collateral. A huge assumption. Calling people names doesn't change the truth you want to hide from.

    ReplyDelete
  28. YOU were the first to point out you were wrong after the 10-Q came out. Then, after searching for a way to redeem yourself, you found some way to act as if the diluted shares should be treated as "actual, executed trades". Wrong, wrong, wrong. They must be stated in the 10-Q, but are NOT actual traded dilution during Q2. I apologize for calling you a jerk, why state the obvious.

    ReplyDelete
  29. You missed the point. I overestimated the number number of OS, basic and I underestimated the real measure of dilution which I was monitoring, the OS fully diluted. Yes, I was in error, but dilution continued unabated, which has been my concern for a while. As long as that continues no real money would dare to tread here. How can any one value the investment? Your use of invectives are not taken personally, it only implies a frustrated and anguished state of mind incapable of logical and objective analysis.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Just in case there is any confusion -- I am the dilution-hunter. I hunt down stocks that have been diluted in value. Those are stocks that have been beat down by past and current dilution without regard to the well being of the common shareholder. I try to follow the stock carefully as market forces eventually sink the ship unless the dilution is ended. A dilution-hunter is a nomad, scouring every hill and valley for his prey until his shoes are too sandy to carry on.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Dilution-hunter my A**! You are a cynical clown, always at the ready to abrogate any positive news concerning the shareholders. You are indeed a nomad, as it is hard to imagine anyone who lives a happy life joining forces with such abundant negativity. Here's hoping for "quick sand" for your shoes.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Psycho babble only proves my point about state of mind of the poster.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I agree dilution-hunter nomad. Ha ha, how do you type with that straight jacket on?

    ReplyDelete
  34. if price gets above .049 high several days ago then.....the AB=CD target price for a 1:1 expansion would be .057 on daily...this would be a normaL ABC pattern UP....an ABC 'up' would be new for this issue.....
120 minute chart has an unconfirmed but signal

    ReplyDelete
  35. oops that was techguess above

    ReplyDelete
  36. the macd just confirmed the slow stochastic buy signal on the 120 min. chart...progress

    ReplyDelete
  37. looks like about 110,000 shares of dilution today...that is the volume bars totalled exceed daily trade volume by that 110,000 amount...

    ReplyDelete
  38. Greenshift is going down....agian.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Down is the other way stupid!

    ReplyDelete
