  1. Defense is stil stunned, they need another week to attempt to reply.

  2. 3 c's ahoy matey!

    ReplyDelete
  3. If that is the case why would GERS give up this advantage and agree to the delay? More going on here than meets the eye.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Nobody, do you think David Griend should be in jail if convicted?

    ReplyDelete
  5. This is a civil proceeding. GERS cannot bring criminal charges, that is the government's role. If fraud or other crimes have been committed then some prosecutor will need to bring charges, if they believe he can be convicted. In other words, I have no idea.

    ReplyDelete
  6. That's not what I asked you. Reread the question.

    ReplyDelete
  7. on a technical front the chart is at another decision point...from the august .007 low ( key key key)...we have a bullish ascending triangle forming.....higher lows below and lower highs, but each pullback on lighter conviction eg volume....when the triangle completed soon they can break HARD...either up or down...but they can also just set up a sideways consolidation....bu

but, if good news then the break up side is huge...

  8. Convicted of what charges? Reread my response. No charges no jail time. Oh, I get it, this is one of your lame tests to designed to buttress your fantasies that I either work for DVG or I am him (since I do not salute to the rousing rendition of GERS uber alles).

    ReplyDelete
  9. Think your David Griend? You feeling a little paranoid? How many times an hour you look out your window.
This is a touchy subject for you so I'll ask others there feelings. Who thinks David Griend should go to jail for the chrges of theft?

    ReplyDelete
  10. I suggest that you employ a spell checker, they are very inexpensive.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Maybe they are talking settlement

    ReplyDelete
  12. I can steal a car and go to prison but DVG can steal 100's of millions and not do a day in county? That's not right.

  13. Anon 10.19am
Your question is a non sequitor since (as far as I'm aware) being found guilty of patent infringement is not legally the same as theft. Hence he can't go to jail for theft.

  15. i think the whole ICM organization is full of corupt theives...They ALL knew they were using another parties inventions...ALL thieves...I hope the FED fries these lying stealing cheats...

And the FED may, why...national security set back...yep, USA has plans to have enough available biofuel to run its entire fighter jet fleet incase of war and or oil embargo...
ICM has been messing around with the military industrial rollout of private sector alternative jet fuel supplies...i would be real worried if i was an ICM crook..

  16. Should he? Absolutely Will he? doubt it.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Neil non sequitor as it may be, reluctance to share a opinion raises questions. Does Nobody really believe David Griends theft shouldn't be punishable by jail time. Not can it, should it. How do you feel Neil?

    ReplyDelete
  18. I don't think there's a shareholder out there that doesn't want to see big bubba have his way with dvg.

  21. anony 10:29 I like your link America's largest big tech corporations are now using a business technique called "efficient infringement," which means that they calculate the benefits of stealing someone else's patented technology against the possibility of getting caught, tried in court and being forced to pay damages and penalties. If the benefits exceed the costs, they steal.

    ReplyDelete
  22. What makes patent theft so attractive is that infringement is not a criminal act and those found guilty face no jail time. Paying up is the worst that can happen to the infringer.

    ReplyDelete
  23. best part
However, if the jury does conclude that they were part of a conspiracy to steal the little company's idea, I hope that the judge and jury will impose a judgment that is big enough to scare corporate CEOs everywhere. If money is the only penalty for infringement, then a staggeringly large award is the only way to send a message to corporate America that they should avoid any conspiracy to infringe someone's patents as though it were the Bubonic Plague.
    Thanks anony 10:29

  24. How do I feel about it?
The law is the law, like it or not. Does a ship's captain deserve imprisonment for trying to save a sinking ship and the crew on board? Do bankers deserve more than a slap on the risk for taking one sided bets using borrowed money purely for personal gain? We can all argue whether the law is fair or not, but if the fact is that an action is not criminal, then wishing a prison sentence on someone is inconsequential. If ICM/DVG are as wilful in infringing as some here think and the judge agrees, then the financial penalties will probably be as big a blow to the company and individual as any prison sentence.

  25. Jail time my ass. If I caught you stealing my gold you would be shot on site. worm food. Sheriff, judge, jury, executioner all in one.

  33. nobody,
Even I'm lost on what you're saying in your last post. LOL!

  34. if only the GERS people can get a very near big signal from the legal system; then it looks like a sideways to possibly down( due to more dilution than demand to offset it),,,,,

just not a chart that is GAINING strenth...i would speculate that news will cause big big gaps up in price that never ever get re-tested or closed...that is off to the races with the right sort of good news release...that is my speculation...now, the chart is simply at a standstill..

  35. Combining random words from the dictionary to try an sound smart makes you sound stupid. just my 2.6 cents

    ReplyDelete
  36. Anony 1:36; your hypothesis rests upon a critical assumption that is invalid.

    Neil,

You know what an ignoramus, and uncouth person is. Chumitz is a Yiddish/Hebrew word for unclean. Sometimes adjectives from other languages cannot be replicated in English. These adjectives apply to the foul mouth, vile posters that inhabit the Skunk's comment section. Entropy is the state of nature that seeks to create disorder from order. That state is being violated here as so many foul mouthed, vile posters are congregating (ordering instead of disordering) here under the banner of Anonymous.

There lies my confusion. As entropy is the tendency to chaos, the invasion of the "Chumitz" looks like entropy in action to me rather than violating it.

  50. Goldigger The way its trading there's building pressure on the bid an sellers hard to find. If you're not satisfied with your pool of shares, the ask is the only answer. Try testing the ask while keeping a strong bid.

  77. One can always identify the uneducated and the uncouth. They cannot communicate without grunting, resorting to invective and depending on vile illusions in their attempts at adhominems. In some parts of the country they call them red-necks. In my world they are serfs.
