MAX and Yahoo

Have you ever wanted the GreenShift legal team to answer some of the worst aluminum foil hat knuckleheads on the Yahoo GERS financial board?  My guess is this is as close as we will get - HERE

This is an ongoing case involving MAX and the sale of a seed crushing plant in Montana some time ago.  Although they finally filed a pleading, pacer does not give access to it.  What we got today is GreenShift's response to it.  Apparently MAX is heavy on the grassy knoll type accusations - and a bit light (gaseous) on specifics - at times - like who, what, where, and when.  GreenShift lawyers occasionally appear hard pressed keeping a straight game face of outrage at some of the accusations.

Skunk, nice work yet again! One question for you though - Why didn't your legal team move for a dismissal on count #1? That seems like a big one as wann't that deal work about $12MM? Even if you settled with half of the former Sustainable shareholders, you would still owe almost $6MM - Can you please explain?

How to prepare a turkey

Place the turkey on its back.

1. Find the bottom of the breast plate and insert your knife, making a cut to the anal vent. Remove the entrails from this opening and then reach into the cavity to sever the windpipe, heart and lungs.

2. 140-degree water is optimal for plucking a bird. Dip him and pluck the feathers.

3. Cut off the head and feet.

4. Now that you are done preparing the turkey, and you have cleared away all the waste, you can cook him.

5. Seasoned properly, a turkey tastes delicious - whether you slow cook him in the traditional manner or decide to flash deep fry him in peanut oil.

But remember, you have to trim away everything but the meat before you cook!
