All of the issued and outstanding capital stock held by Candent is in trust for the benefit of its former president. Lawrence M. Kreisler - Lawrence is the sole owner of Serenity Capital, LLC. Built Kreisler Bags, then Kreisler Bags and Filters, then KBF Pollution Control Inc., then KBF Pollution Management Inc. After 1-20 R/S Sept2003 company was taken over by Veridium Corp in Oct2003, controlled by son Kevin. Resigned, effective December 31, 2003, as an officer and director of Veridium Corporation. Continued to work at Veridium's Paterson, New Jersey based recycling facility, that was designed on recycling technologies he invented. His employment was terminated in July 2004 due to irreconcilable philosophical differences in how to best operate and grow that facility. Bronze Parachute included: 100 percent of his salary of $150,000 through December 31, 2004 and 50 percent of his salary through December 31, 2006. Medical benefits until the age of 65. Lawrence is about 61 years old.
Scott Kreisler - Scott is the sole owner of Cyrus Capital, LLC. Brother of Kevin Kreisler, listed as a Beneficial Owner of Veridium Corporation on 4/2/2002 SEC filings. The 2005 annual report also says: "During 2005, Scott Kreisler, brother of Kevin Kreisler, received salaries of $72,700. Scott Kreisler no longer works for the Company." In February 2006, Cyrus Capital, LLC, purchased from GCS Investments $500,000 in convertible debt issuedby GS Clean Tech. During the period ended March 31, 2006, Cyrus effected conversions totaling $280,000, corresponding to 14,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. Not the "news" were are looking for. Is KK dawdling while the PPS is dwindling?
Everyone needs to remember, the total value of the patent royalties until expiration can be calculated with just a few basic assumptions. Try it. This is the money GERS will make, if they simply execute on the very basics of the business. You don't need to know anything about all the other R&D ideas that came and went, this is what matters. By my best conservative assumptions the stock price is massively undervalued, so not too very long from now I expect it to rise or divedends to begin flowing.
It is hard to enforce many process patents, but GERS will be able to find ethanol plants that sell oil, and plants selling oil will pretty much need a license I think, so this is going to be enforcable.
So get to work KK. Let's see those royalties grow and flow and costs be managed appropriately. You'll come out of this smelling of roses, as we're all watchin.
I am starting a poll. Without any news until the stockholder letter, or release of Q4 results in February, how many people believe the PPS will fall below a nickel (ASK) before then, how many think the PPS will not fall that low? This poll directly assumes no news of any kind for the next two months. If there is, depending on the news, the PPS could move any direction.

To asses people's confidence in the near term market performance. I think the possibility is very real that we will hear nothing from KK until that time (he has to file the Q4).

Look ,it is not my fault that we are about to complete the 68th consecutive month without any progression of the PPS. It is not my fault that the improving fundamentals do not translate into an improving PPS, in fact the fundamentals and the PPS have been negatively correlated for quite a while. It is not my fault that the current PPS is a fraction of last quarter's earnings. Heck, I am just the messenger. And thank you for graphic correction of my spelling error.

You and I both know that the market does not march to ours, or anyone elses drum. Rather than indulge in spurious "polls" to stimulate some discussion, why not offer up some valuable research/insight, such as hard numbers on where profitability might be at the end of the next reporting quarter. I respect your contrary opinions as a counterbalance to all of the wishful thinking that goes on here, but really - a poll setting out to highlight a negative opinion is not very useful IMO.
This is more an assessment of the mindset of folks that frequent this blog. More interesting than watching paint dry which is infinitely more interesting than watching GERS.
All I know is I'm going to keep averaging down while I can.
Like the buyer that returns to the car lot over and again telling the salesman how much he dislikes the car. He returns with alist of whats wrong with it. he comes back to telling the salesman cars not for him. starts polling other buyers on how worthless the car is. wants others guess how low price will go. he returns to find the cars gone. new owners charging twice as much. If you see a good deal take it. dont wait for the pole squatter to come out of the closet Be the one selling it to him at a nice profit.

GERS restated its Q3 filing at 1:04 EST today. Any one conjecture on the reason?

They did not restate their filing with the sec. Who did they restate the filing with? Did they restate them with you?

If the PPS does not exceed a dime at the end of this month that will make 68 consecutive months of no PPS progression. Most of the time the PPS has fallen, the rest of the time it has remain constant. I find it incredible that people cannot understand why with improving fundamentals the PPS has not progressed. We had a blow-out Q3 and the PPS continues to fall. So many people are speculating on near term revenues and earnings. THEY MEAN NOTHING UNTIL GERS/KK have restored credibility.

It has been noted that we are now 2 days from a month since we have heard from Slash. His disappearance coincided with the release of the Q3. In the beginning it was postulated that Slash was digesting the filing and that he would report back. No one seems to have an idea why this long-time poster/booster of Greenshift has disappeared. I hope that it is not because of illness. I have another possibility. Slash was so certain that the Q3 was going to be a blow-out, which in some ways it was, that he has become catatonic over the market response; dropping PPS of 30% since its release. slash probably just sold all his shares of gers and moved on from the torture of this stock.. KK does not care about the stock price.
My guess is slash is slowly and quietly acclumuating this stock to prepare for its move. Let's face it, all the hard work he put into doing the dd on this stock and putting out the info was hardly rewarded by those who used the information. It would be just easier to do the dd and then just use it himself.

All I said, in reply to Nobody was that his assertion that the boss of NMKT had run the business into the ground was not backed up by the evidence that I'd seen. The company seemed to be increasing revenue and was profitable. That post disappeared then I asked a separate question why it had disappeared and that post disappeared as well.
I think someone's filtering stuff that they don't want to see - there was nothing whatsoever objectionable in what I'd written.
Just to keep the record straight this discussion was about the possibility that a company could be doing well from a business perspective and still have little market value. The current PPS is 0.0002. This point was made as a counterpoint to those who have stated that the improving fundamentals of GERS means that an increasing PPS will follow. I used this as a "gegenbeispiel" of that thesis.

Almost as important as the "looperpooper" thesis you were making is neil's point that someone on I hub is taking down posts for no reason. Its hard to believe but the discussion is not really about you. OK it is about the discussion neil was having with you but that is not his point. It has to be tadaaa the yahoo style basher.
