GreenShift has obviously held the reverse split until just before the 3Q. Judging by the great news we have been tracking for days and weeks concerning first the litigation (Prevost, Markman, defendants sanctioned) and large production of our major customers (GPRE, BioFuels) we should expect great news in our 3Q as well. (I expect our 3Q soon, it may well be Monday or even Tuesday to give the R/S a chance to work out the bugs and the old adage of Good News at the start of the week is likely to play here.) Why not have the R/S AND the 3Q on the same day? Splits always mean at least a day of chaos as accounts are updated throughout the day. Expect a 'loss of focus' as shareholders find their accounts frozen, then unfrozen as the change works its way through the system.
No matter how much heads up we had and no matter how many times they have gone through it, expect the r/s to traumatize some. Expect to hear "I used to have "a hundred one dollar bills" and now all I have is "a hundred dollar bill"". Expect it and be glad they did not put out the 3Q at exactly the same time.

With 14-15 billion shares(post RS 14-15 million), the dividend payout will only be 14-15 thousand. Not a lot of money, but a good sign of positive cash flow.
We are slowly being over-come with samll piecs of good news. It is not the size of a dividend. It is the fact that we have a dividend. Dividends are only paid when you are profitable.
Yesterday a dividend would have been crazy talk. Today some say it must be a sign of bad news? Bad news? Now that is crazy talk.
The common shareholder never gets recognized? The common shareholder JUST got recognized.
The OTCMarkets site has the "dividend" as a 0.001 reverse split. In other words, nothing new. Much better, makes more sense, no manufactured news here.

I dont think its a dividend.Just the way they explain the RS do math .001 x's you current shares on 11-10 = todays present shares.
Why use the term dividend when it's different from reverse split? Perhaps when companys do reverse splits well get dividends? Nuts.
Or when they announce dividends they pull reverse splits, they are totally different things.
From 300,000 shares to 3,000 shares to 30 shares. Wow maybe this stock will get to the $60's and I can break even or we will have another R/S and I will have to wait for the $600's.
