Looks like ICM and the defendants are going to fight this to the bitter end. Armed with Valero money they have more resources than GERS. The defendants "scorched earth" strategy to run GERS into bankruptcy or nearly so could be successful considering how many months (years?) it will take GERS to prevail, IF they prevail. Again, one thing is getting clearer -- GERS needs a preliminary injunction. Some say the odds are good that this will be successful. If GERS believes that I expect that we will see a motion soon.
OK so first the defendents did not want the term construction "substantially free of oil" they wanted "oil free from..". Now the defendents not only want term applied to other claims. How/why would this help them and why is GERS against it?
i'm not seeing the rationale yet but im still reveiwing. If it is clear to someone else please post your thoughts?TIA --Ollie

I went back and tried to find an example of when nobody12378 wasn't trashing this stock. All I found was he's been trashing it, along with todu, the whole time. Attacking Skunk just like the yahoo basher.
My question is what did the Skunk ever do to you? Do you just attack anybody that's invested here or did he provoke you in any way? You sound a lot like the Yahoo basher, todu5613a. Acting like an investor but trashing the company, management, and anyone interested in the future of this company. I don't see why your unprovoked comments on Skunk were necessary. It's like your goal is to put people down and try to discourage investments here.

I Believe The Long Running Effort To Bash And Scare investors is an important topic that needs to be exposed. In my opinion, it has something to do with the defendents in the litigation. It's been going on for years and has intensified ever since the patents were issued. I think it has an effect on the shares as well as the shareholders and is not something to be ignored.

I value your due diligence and usually welcome your opinion, but I think you're out of line here. As for the rest of the sheep, I'll make my own mind up about Nobody thanks. He has raised some valuable questions previously even if I'm not as sceptical as he is. Now please leave this blog for discussion of facts rather than character assassination.

There are many more important issues to be delving into here than the existence of “bogie men”. The effort being expended to support this mania is just that, manic. I am me and no one else; and it is unlikely that “Todu” or any one else would want to be me. What is disconcerting is the possibility that some posters are working to actively deceive us. In that regard Slash may be guilty. Yesterday Slash acknowledged (Yahoo “Flint Hills” tag, 14 Oct 4 PM) that he had also been in communication with the same senior Valero official I had during the time I was trying to clarify the implications of the Valero signing for GERS and that he had the same information. I posted here and on I-Hub that this VP categorically stated that there were no contracts between Valero and GERS and that Valero was going to work with ICM. During this same time period you all remember that Slash was working very hard to convince us of his theory that Valero was going to announce future licenses with GERS (the “mystery” company). The basis of this theory was that the Valero gallons of ethanol would allow GERS to fulfill its year end pledge, much as the argument he is now making for Flint Hills. THE PROBLEM – while Slash was trying to manufacture this obviously future good news he has now admitted that he knew that his contention was patently false. You be the judge, the writings are there for you to read. I press this point not out of a vindictive spirit but to say that many of us have benefited from Slash’s knowledge and persistent digging. It is sad, but necessary that we must now view his contributions with the knowledge that he has impeached his veracity with his own words.
