See how much goes into getting these patents. I'm very sure they were prepared for someone like ICM to try to invalidate them. Must be rock solid patents like Fort Knox.

For those of you with $20 you can determine if the filing for the R/S with the Delaware Secretary of State has occurred. According to the Delaware Division of Corporations:

The Division of Corporations has many venues for accessing corporate information. Please note that this is not a good standing certificate, certified by the Secretary of State. Click here for information on obtaining a Certificate of Status. You may choose from the following options:

1. Corporate Status - On the Web - We now offer corporate/entity status on the web. You may check status on the web for a fee of $10.00 per entity for status or $20.00 per entity for more detailed information including current franchise tax assessment, current filing history and more. You may charge a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. Click here for corporate status on the web.

The appropriate site appears to be:

Any one with data please post.

It's not just corn oil anymore

"Moreover, besides corn, the present invention may have utility with any other grain used in a dry milling process for producing ethanol, such as for example, milo." Patent #517

Maybe the '517 patent and others will help GERS get an edge in this growing movement?

I see we have 4 patents now, does anyone know if POET's Voila Corn Oil production is infringing on GERS?

They extract corn oil from stillage. Yes, who is next in the litigation? One success takes down the rest.
