Not with all the new business deal. It was just down with the rest of the markets. I bet the bid returns next week. Great time to buy down here.

Preliminary Injunctions, A Crippling Blow...

"A preliminary injunction, which, as its name implies, is granted very early in a court action for patent infringement and restrains the defendant from infringing the patent during the pendency of litigation. In the event the plaintiff wins at trial, the preliminary injunction most likely will be converted into a permanent injunction.

In many cases, the issuance of a preliminary injunction effectively ends the matter for all practical purposes between the parties, as this is a crippling blow to the defendant."

The ramping up of a cash reserve and the need for a little more dilution could be to pay the injuction bond...

"A patent owner contemplating moving for preliminary injunctive relief must consider its financial position and whether it can post the required bond should a preliminary injunction be issued. The bond can be sizeable as it represents an estimate of the damages to be paid to the alleged infringer should the alleged infringer prevail at trial. The court has the discretion to determine the amount of the bond. The bond-posting element alone may decide the issue of whether or not to move."

I found this interesting...

"Great news slash, now that we have more signed on we wont need the RS and the pps will go up considerably. NOT!"

"Sounds like a company concerned about its shareholders. NOT!"

----

Both ID's have all lower case letters with numbers following. What's strange is if you add the last two numbers of todu's ID, you get 4. Put that 4 in front of the other numbers, and you get 4,5,6. The 4,5,6 fits right in the middle of nobody's handle, 1,2,3,(4,5,6),7,8.
Both have bad spelling and failed to use (') in the above examples. Both act, talk, and attack newbies in the same manner, Both claim to be investors but trash the company/management. Both of them ignore good news when it comes out, but rather harp on the past R/S and dilution without ever acknowledging that it was caused by the infringers.
I think the sarcastic comments followed by the "NOT!" stands out. As some of you know, I've proved todu to be tied to the multiple basher ID's on yahoo.

Oh and both admit they're retired and both ID's have a history together on the Raging Bull boards.

By the way, I posted that on IHUB and it was removed. Must've struck a nerve?

I just find it very hard to believe that the Yahoo basher couldn't find his way into the Ihub board.

Good Luck To All...An Injunction Is Coming!

Slash, Your post was up long enough for many of us to read it. Thanks for bringing the similarities to our attention. Everyone can form their own opinion on whether they are one and the same.

Slash, keep it coming. You and i seem to be on the same track. I was the one that mentioned if the injunction is issued, corn oil prices for the licensees will go up as well as GS profits. I guess I need to get a Monniker.

Slash,

You are getting a little paranoid, perhaps even hallucinatory. Did the collapse of the BID yesterday get you out of sorts? Do you really need to wave the injunction flag around to revive your spirits and those of the Golden 930? There is no substance to your accusations, and it is curious why you would care even if they were true. Don't you have enough to worry about with GERS PPS flagging so badly? Your claims are not valid. I called the R/S and the 1000:1 ratio of it weeks before it was announced, and I called the collapse of the BID prior to this R/S as soon as the R/S was announced. When did Todu call anything? I have also stated, without reservation, that this will be the last R/S and that GERS will make us money in the (distant) future. When has Todu said anything positive about GERS? If you would take some advice I would offer that you need to control your paranoia as it tends to impeach the fine work that you do. Just a thought. Otherwise, you become one of the hysterical voices of the Hallelujah Chorus mouthing their hallucinatory chant, "KK is great and GERS will show us the light". Denigrating your important work that way serves no useful purpose. By the way, where did you get the idea that I was retired? And, by the way, do you know that 'Hallelujah' and 'hallucinate' come from the same root?

They did a r/s last year, how can anybody predict that they won't do it again after this year. Slash bring it on.

Slashnuts said...

Talk about paranoid. I didn't make any accusations nor did I make claims about anybody or anything. I simply pointed out the strange similarities that I found interesting. That's why I said "they both"(as in two) and refrained from giving my opinion either way.

After all, I'm not the first/only person to think you two sound the same, now am I?...

"I hate to sound like Todu on the Yahoo Board, but all this good news over many months has had a NEGATIVE impact on the pps"
