There is no differing oil extraction methods. Just differing centrifuges. The methods are the same and covered by the patents. I like the part about the patent pending blender pump. That was news to me.
So is Greenshift hinting at biodiesel equipment sales to ethanol plants? They've been trying to get ethanol producers to embrace the synergies of onsite biodiesel production for years. Is this about to happen now?
Holy crap Gers patented the methods of a blender pump? It just gets better every day. This is a PATENT POWERHOUSE! Every gas station in the country will owe Gers a cut. The ethanol credits are being shifted towards BLENDER PUMPS!

I'm just trying to piece it all together, but maybe something bigger is going on with Sunoco. Could it be that Sunoco, a major fuel blender, is interested in the pending blender pump patents?
With just shy of 5,000 gas stations, one would think this pending blender pump patent would be of great interest to them.
I wonder what this will do to the PPS. Are there any true competitors left for GER's in which we can compare PPS"S
exciting. Question: the article says the patent is Greenshifts but the patent application lists Dave Wisness. Becuase DW works for GS is the patent automatically the property of the company? sorry, don't know how this legal stuff works.
The "assignee" is GS INDUSTRIAL DESIGN, INC., which was always been owned by greenshift but has now been actually rolled into Greenshift and no longer exists. Winsness was working for Greenshift when he patened it. He might get a bonus if it is used, but I believe it belongs to and is defended by greenshift.
Winsness brought the COES patent pending with him when greenshift bought out his company and he gets paid for everyone sold plus so much per gallon of corn oil produced. at least he used to. I think it is all in the annual if you are interested.

Skunk thanks for the update on the COES installations. It looks nice. Skunk is it true Marquis will need 2 more COES since they're working on doubling the size. Is that 4 total? Will they hire Gers to build it? Thanxs

Sens. Thune and Klobuchar say that the agreement is consistent with recent votes in the Senate that have sought to end the current Volumetric Ethanol Excise Tax Credit while still continuing to fund blender pumps. The compromise can now be considered by the full Senate.

The bid is only 2 cents. Looks like someone put in a market order and ended up paying 50 cents. You have to use a limit order with these pennys!
UM blender pumps! how would they market them to the stations? 1 cent a gal? or outright sale possibly both.
