ICM Files Patent - for Corn Oil 'Seperation'

After consistently claiming that corn oil extraction was somehow outside the bounds of the patent system, ICM has now filed for a patent.

WOW!  Look at this specific claim:

The Advanced Oil System design and method falls outside of all patent claims of GreenShift Corporation’s patent, according to Brian Burris, general counsel for ICM.

SEE HERE

This seems to recognize the fact that GreenShift has a valid claim.  Why else would they let people know it is outside the GreenShift claims?  Knowing the history here, I think I will wait until GreenShift tells me ICM's patent claim is outside their patents and patents pending. . .  By the way - the picture in this article is the same one that has been on the ICM site for years - featuring the Tricanter.   Am I slowing down?  Or are things starting to speed up?
SkunK

ps  What is the difference between Corn Oil Extraction and Corn Oil Seperation?  And for that matter what is the difference between Corn Oil Seperation and Corn Oil Separation? -lol

pss For those of you who think this spelling and capitalization thing is not important - I could tell you why I think it is - but first I have to help my Uncle Jack off his horse.

LOL You’re a little late ICM. What's the difference between concentrated thin stillage and emulsion concentrate. An emulsion is a liquid mixture and their "novel process" probably injects an enzyme or two. Ha ha too funny. I can't wait to see their USPTO rejection letter ala Flottweg.

wow now the patent troll is making a web blog to help boost their ego's and make them seem like real innovators. Kinda sad really, like that kid nobody wanted to talk to in middle school. Yeah innovation.. ha. Keep trolling away Greenshift, maybe you will come up with something your own that wasn't already in research papers 30 years ago.

Hey, maybe you should work for the United States Patent office. With the leaders in reseach in the field and after years of study into this very subject they awarded multiple patents to GreenShift. Even after all the prior art arguments were given to them by the GreenShift infringers.

Either you are wrong or they are. Hmmm, wonder which way the courts will decide. hahahahahahaha1

All the late comers to this game are now trying to get patents. After years of saying you could not patent corn oil extraction. your argument about being obvious 30 years ago is without merit.

The simple fact that ICM built the industry without corn oil extraction and lost the industry billions of dollars because of it - is proof they did not have the technology. With their constant failures it looks like they still do not - even after reverse engineering two of the earliest greenshift models to "invent" their tricanter system. ICM "I copy machines" (and not very good at making copies)

Yeah the guys at the patent office never make mistakes. And they are always staffed with industry experts...oh wait no they are bureaucrats with little specific knowledge in many major fields. If they were the leading experts in a field they wouldn't be.working for the patent ofci e. Look bow many frivolous parents they have pushed out the last 20.years, and look how many have been rejected in courts later. Greenshift is a phoney organization with several clients wishing they could go back to their previous extraction tech, as other techs get better yields than gs over priced crap

ICM has had the same tri-canter for sale on their blow out sale for close to a year. Boy are they commited. Every public entity has been dissatisfied with their product.

Yep sounds like the competition is really going like wild fire.

GreenShift has been going great guns. Sounds like you bet on the wrong horse and are now trying to put a bug in the ointment. hahahah

No betting on wrong horses here. You can say what you want, but remember. This industry talks to.each other a lot. We here how "great" these gs systems are and how much they under perform. Nice try snake oil salesmen

I can say what I want because you do not have any proof to object to what I said.

I will agree that the market will decide. Or should I say the market has already decided. GreenShift is "winning!"

Anonymous said...

Poor sad little snake oil sales man. If you truly had such a great product, you wouldn't be trolling forums trying to talk up your marginal product

Anonymous said...

And you really think gs is winning. Just what do you think will happen if a court rules against the validity of your patents? Everyone will ditch your over priced license and with other more effective and cheaper equipment. Just because one or two patent office baffons where swept off their feet by your silver tongue, doesn't mean a judge will make the same mistake. When that happens say goodbye to gs.

And when the court upholds the patents with it's ruling, you can continue to sit there looking like an idiot. And where are these systems that are outperforming GS tech?

Too many anonymois to follow this discourse.

of course there is, GS doesn't want the truth about the mediocracy of their product. That is why companies have had to come up with oil recovery chemicals to get the promised recovery rates GS promised them. The courts will not uphold this patent, just because you can get something patented doesn't mean it's bullet proof. Patent Trolls and forum trolls is all GS is really good at.

Last Anony--

Read the Blog relative the GPRE conference call. Is GPRE in on the conspiracy too? They have a pretty good legal team there. If they thought that they get the technology for less and increase their stock holder equity and did not avail themselves of the opportunity, the management would be out on its ear. GPRE, unlike GERS, does has a real corporate structure with a real board of directors. Hard to believe your position in the face of this fact.

Or maybe they have an over anxious legal team and decided instead of waiting out the legal outcome they went with the path of least reistance. That path isn't always the right path. And when you do fall flat on your face gs they will eventually ditch you and go with the more cost effective and better producing solutions.

nobody123789 said...

Sorry,

That doesn't wash. GPRE is known in the industry as a company with well thought out strategies. No "paths of least resistance" there. Look, we are way down in the Blog comments, be candid, no one will read your answer. Do you work for ICM? Just curious.

Anonymous said...

No icm. And GPRE isn't the gold standard you claim. You act like they are some mythical ethanol god. Hardly the actual reality. At least my company isn't on a lifeline given by one of its.major Investors, just to make gs look profitable.pathetic. all gs can really do is make junk patents or trolling on forumns. Yeah give me real confidence in your shame organization

Anonymous said...

GPRE is the gold standard. they control their product start to finish. from field to tank. I think they would make their own oil extractor if they thought the patent was week. I guess the company you "work for" is named in a lawsuit. but i would like to thank you for talking sh*&. I like buying cheap shares you probly need to also. because you may loose your job after the law suit is settled. thanks again

Anonymous said...

No, not named in a suit, just have to come in later and fix gs's problems. Keep on buying those shares. Throw your money, you'll just write it off your losses. I am at a loss at your pure blind religious fervor at defending this shame company. Makes me wonder how.much gs pays you to troll these sites and blindly bable worthless bs. That or you put your life savings in this pos company and have resorted.to.smoke and mirrors to.bluff you bs.product into.enough people that.gs can eventually make a real.profit, not an artificial profit from a cash infusion by an investor.

Blocked off Raging Bull, then even yahoo, (never able to get a grip on I-hub since it is moderated) yo have finally come to this, making derogatory comments on a private blog.

I do know that you have never followed up GreenShift to fix anything. I can tell by your thought process and sentence structure, you are not a do-er, you are a talk-er.

The "pure blind religious fervor" you speak of I have only seen on the "hate" side of this stock and you got a shathouse douse of it.

Big Easy

Yes several.people.come to fix gs, saying you know otherwise is completely disingenuous. If you spout out false information online first of all that isn't a private blog. Then you get your panties in a bunch when someone calls.you out for fluffing your books to show profits with an investor bailouts. Keep on filling up blobs.about lies half truths etc. I feel sorry for any fool that falls for.any bs you spew and throws their money away based on erroneous info.provided by gs.

I cannot prove you did not do something but you can prove you did. or someones else has by giving me your company's name, or the other company's name. Or another company's name.

This is an anonomous blog so your boss will not get you in trouble but then we can all check it out.

If fact Dave Vander Biner may give you a raise for spreading false rumors.

My antennea says you are a disgruntled employee of greenshift or more likely lost your granny's IRA getting into greenshift years too early. You pretend you are in the industry to get street cred but then only talk details about losing money on stock.

Big Easy
